1. Click the Start Button
2. Choose Microsoft Office Folder
3. Click on Ms Excel 2019
5. c. Using the search bar on taskbar
1. Type Ms Excel in the search bar.
2. Click on Ms Excel 2019 icon.
7. Ribbon Tabs
- it holds several tabs and each tab contains commands
assembled together in logical group.
Title Bar
- It displays the name and the title of the program

File - it is used to manage files
Home - it holds and contains the most common tools
Insert - it is used to insert objects
Page Layout - it is used for customizing the layout of the
workbook before printing
Formulas - it used to apply computation in different
categories
Data - it is used to work on the different data that
can sync with Ms Excel
Review - it is used to check the spelling, protection and
sharing files
View - it is used to modify how excel can be view on
screen
9. Cell Address
- it is composed of column letter and row number
Formula Bar
- it is used to put formula for computation
10. Cell - it is a box in which you enter data
- it consist of 17 billion cells in each
worksheet
Rows - it is a horizontal block of cells that
contains1,048,576 rows
Column - it is a vertical block of cells that
contains 16,384 columns
11. Scroll Bars
- it is used to scroll around the workbook

12. Sheet tabs
- it display the name of the worksheet you working
and it can also be rename

- it makes the window smaller in size
- it makes the window bigger in size

- it exits/ closes the window
