Data Collation
Data was collected from published studies or in press studies that focused on human
impacts toward soil biodiversity. Potential relevant studies must compare multiple
sites which having different land use type and/or intensity. In addition, species
abundance, richness, occurrence, or other diversity metrics must be present in the
study, so that diversity can be estimated. Furthermore, the information of the sites
location is also very important, studies which have the sites coordinates are more
preferable. The coordinates are very useful not just to pinpoint the exact location on
the map, but also to help us acquire other information, e.g. climate, biome, and
ecoregion (all paper criteria similar to Newbold et al. 2015). To find these potential
relevant studies, I used Web of Science (http://webofknowledge.com/) and Google
Scholar (http://scholar.google.co.uk) as the search engine with soil invertebrate , land
use , pitfall trap , and ground invertebrate as my search term.
The corresponding authors of the suitable studies were contacted, asking whether
they are willing to share their raw data (which were not usually made fully available
in the paper or supplementary files). From the total of 24 authors contacted, five of
them agreed to give me the raw data. After receiving the data, they were coded into a
structured pdf form and excel spreadsheet. The pdf form captured the site and species

The humble compact disc has served for many generations and is evolving to store
more data and provide more uses. In this article we will discuss how a CD is written,
stores data and how the data is replayed.
To begin with a CD has been made so useful due to capability to secure large amounts
of information in such a way that it is usable for many different things. From military
storage of data, to simple home entertainment, the common CD is much more
prevalent than ever.
When a CD is placed into a drive we know that it plays many different things for us
upon our computer screen. However the process is not all that simple. The original
CD that has not had any information installed yet has already been equipped with
small lines on the CD itself. These lines go along the disc and spiral away from the
center, guiding a laser across a very fine area along the CD. A depiction of the spiral

The witch craze rapidly spread around Europe from 1480 to 1700, especially
during the time of both the Protestant and Catholic Reformation. From accusations
to trials to persecution, over a million Europeans were tried due to witchcraft

used as a method for confession in certains areas of Europe. The witch craze had
many contributing factors that allowed it to last for almost three hundred years.

of poetry at its best, and, while studying Shakespeare s form is very important, it is

Irritating In On The Road
The most irritating part of On the Road is at the end, when Dean leaves Sal,
delirious with dysentery, alone in Mexico to return to New York. After several
days of fever induced unconsciousness, Sal wakes to find Dean preparing to leave.
Sal is incredulous and deeply hurt, but Dean simply smoothes it over with sweet
talk, fixes his blanket, and leaves without any valid explanation. Even once Sal has
realized what slimy action that was, he continues justifying it to himself,
concluding he just does not understand how complex Dean s life is. While typical
of Dean and not at all unexpected, this is tremendously disappointing. From the
reader s perspective, this is a very lackluster ending. Both anti climactic and devoid
of character development, it leaves one to question the purpose of everything prior.
In a typical novel, there is a rising action, a climax, and a resolution, whereas here it
is only Dean, doing the exact same thing Dean has always done, while Sal quietly

Parable Of The Prodigal Son And The Short Story
I have read two stories from the Bible in which I am going to compare and contrast.
One story is called Cain and Abel and the other is called Parable of the Prodigal Son .
One similarity of the two are the overall moral of the stories. The moral of the
stories is that jealous hearted people never prosper. One difference is, in Cain and
AbelCain first messed up when he decided that he wasn t going to give Godhis best
from the garden. In Parable of the Prodigal Son the older brother continued to do
right by his father and did everything he was supposed to but he messed up when
he grew jealousy in his heart. Last but not least, another similarity is that God
never left the bad characters in each story when they went astray or did bad things.
To begin with, jealousy is a sin and it should not weigh on your heart. In the story
Cain and Abel Cain was jealous of his brother. He was jealous of him because of
the love that he was receiving from his parents and his father God. Abel received
that love because he was kind and pure to his parents and even his jealous brother.
Abel also gave his biggest sheep to God. Cain didn t want to give him his best from
his field because he was being selfish and he didn t feel God deserved it. In the end,
Cain became so angry that he killed his brother. He had to leave his town and move
far away to start over. That was punishment to him because he was scared that
people would see him and kill him for what he has done. In the story Parable of the
Prodigal Son the older brother was jealous of his younger brother because his
father threw him a party and bought him nice things. He was jealous because he
was doing everything right for his father meanwhile his younger brother was being
disobedient, using him for his money and going astray. He only returned when he
ran out of money and needed him. He thought that his father would be upset with
him but he was the opposite. The older brother felt like he was the one who
deserved all of those things being as though he was doing right the entire time. In

While the poem features assonance in only the beginning, the song contains
assonance throughout. An example can be found in the chorus of the song where
Sheeran writes, And I want to see you here beside me, dear/ But things aren t clear
/ We never even tried (Sheeran lines 10 12). This sound device is difficult to
achieve, proving that a song is able to achieve even some of the more difficult
literary devices in their lyrics. It is obvious that not all songs can contain only the
complicated devices, there are simple ones such as simile and free verse found
throughout. Free verse can be found throughout the entire poem, but an example of
a simile can be found at the end of the song where Sheeran writes, You scarred and

On May 1o of 2016 I went into room 7 at Roswell Head start to observe in the
classroom. The teacher in that room was Lisa and the assistant was Jessica and a
grandma in the room. The ages of the children in the class varied from three years
old to five years old. I stayed in the room observing all day from 7:45 a.m. to 2:45
p.m. which was a good seven hours. This was a mixed classroom there. They have
of classroom of 19 kids enrolled in this class. The classroom environment was
secure and safe and the children seemed to be happy to come to school. The
