The Big Bang created the energy and matter to create the universe, and Bob Kahn and
Vint Cerf invented TCP and IP which created the protocols that built the internet.
Without the aforementioned, technically cyberspace couldn t exist, but the fact that it
does exist, it not only has physical components in an electric, virtual world, but it can
effectively become an intangible idea which is debated and analyzed. What makes
the internet somewhat unique is that it is an artificial alternative realm where we
humans can think, speak, and act. We have unique lives on the internet and web. We
can search for info in an encyclopedia, post photos, stream music, start revolutions,
buy drugs and weapons, and hack the pentagon, all through an electric system
connected to billions of other devices. Those who connect to the internet all bear
liberty to act, in an almost state of nature way. Yet, you are subject to the internet as
soon as you are connected. Thus, based on the evolution of the Internet, certainly
different political philosophers would have competing visions, ancient versus
modern, about its current state and how to handle political or governing policies
moving forward.
To be able to properly analyze and apply political theories to a cyber realm, we must

There are many ways to interpret a book, one can read it as a character s adventure,
a conflict of ideas or emotions, or a story. For myself, I read the books, Invisible
Man by Ralph Ellison and Billy Budd, Sailor by Herman Melville, in an ironic
sense; and while doing this, I noticed that both books showed an intuitive sense of
sociology. Furthermore, what mattered most by reading the books ironically is that
it is easy to see the outcome of a situation which is pleasing to be conscious of. It is

observation directly:
1) The huge chaotic fight between the invisible man evokes this observation. First,
for assistance in recollection, the author focuses on more than one person. The
descriptions and choppy dialogue conveys a sense of confusion because not one
person had any idea what was going on. Despite this, the main character fights then
goes on and wins an award even though , I suppose, this situation which can be
classified as madness by Georges Polti should have ended in contemplation.
However, he delivers a speech after the fight and the chapter ends in peace somehow.
I felt I could see the situation unfold just by reading.
Secondly, as a corollary, this case is an example of C1 to C2... CN (Invisible man to
everyone else). Also, it is an example of the classified transition: chaos to order
followed by an example of perception: tolerance of chaos is necessary to reach
resolution.

clear that Mr. Norton and Invisible man were consumed by the craziness that day.

will apply from the National Reading Panel s Five Domains of reading and from
Dr. Flynn s 1st Edition of I teach reading. Why do I need to know linguistics? . They
are phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension with an
added element, writing. This course also covers the topic of Linguistics. Linguistics
is defined as the study of human language and its structure, including phonology,
orthography, morphology/semantics, and syntax. Each of these areas of linguistics
will be discussed as well. Finally, researched based strategies that could be integrated
in the classroom will also be shared.
Phonemic Awareness refers to the knowledge that spoken words can be broken apart
into smaller segments of sound known as phonemes. We learned about two levels of
PA, one is auditory you can do this in the dark and the other is matching sounds to
letters. Reading to children at home especially material that rhymes often develops
the basis of phonemic awareness. Not reading to children will probably lead to the
need to teach words that can be broken apart into smaller sounds. Correlational
studies have identified phonemic awareness and letter knowledge as the two best

Nicaraguan Internship Plan
I am excited to let you know that I have been selected again to serve as a summer
intern with Go Tell Ministries. Go Tell is an evangelical ministry for teens from
sixth through twelfth grades. I was led last summer to serve, and know God has
called me back there this summer. Before my internship last summer, I had been a
camper at Go Tell for two years. After being an intern with Go Tell I have seen God
work in many ways through student s lives, intern s lives, and the lives of those
living in Nicaraguan villages. Last summer I was on the administrative team helping
to keep the camp in order, and making sure all churches were sufficiently informed of
the important information they needed. I also worked with the Ryde On team; they
bring ski boats to the Georgia Baptist Convention Center and have tubing and skiing
for the campers. The internship program includes leadershiptraining, camp ministry,
and a mission trip to Nicaragua. There are two camps this year in Toccoa, GA from

Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee This movie was pleasantly surprising. It was an
enjoyable watch and told a story that kept the plot line and details close to the real
history of the Sioux Indians lives, starting with The Battle at Little Big Horn.
The movie, filmed in 2007, depicts the lives of the Sioux Indians as if they were not
a people that mattered. In the movie, they say, the Indians lived like the poorest of
whites. They were pushed around and told repeatedly they could not stay on their
own land. This was due to the Westward Expansion in the United States at the time.
By 1876, most of the American Indians had already been forcibly relocated to
reservation land. Red Cloud, a Sioux leader, settled with some of his tribe on the
Sioux Reservation of the Dakota Territory and took the aid of the US government.
When this happened, other Sioux leaders, such as Sitting Bull and Crazy Horse, saw
it as a surrender. These leaders refused to assimilate and went on to live life in their
traditional way. Unfortunately, this all changed when the US found gold on Sioux
land in the Black Hills. The movie tells the story of the Sioux Indians fight to try to
remain in control of their own lives and stay on their own land. Then when they no

Manmade Disasters and Insurance Coverage
The problem at hand is the mitigation of man made disasters, and the lessening affect
on humanity by natural disasters. Many man made disasters are instigated by a
natural disaster that a population is well aware of, yet they choose to ignore the risk
because they are not personally involved or think it will not happen to them. Up to
now the alternatives have basically focused on remediation by the governmentafter
the fact. Somehow we have come to believe that if we build our house on a sandbar
that the government will make us whole when the hurricane washes it into the ocean.
This is faulty on so many levels. Government responsibility is an oxymoron in itself.
In an article by James Payne, he cites numerous incidents of the government being
irresponsible and actually causing more damage to the environment and populations
because of mismanagement and poor oversight (James, 2010). There is an inherent
conflict of interest in hoping that your government will protect you since the
government requires funding and that funding can be hampered by restricting

buffalo and settled in a ranch there for some years as he found a renowned interest
in the area he called his second home . In 2005, Dickinson State University (DSU)
began to explore the legacy of the 26th President as a tribute to his historical legacy
and admiration to the territory that the university resides today. As a result the
Theodore RooseveltCenter was founded in 2007 at the university. In essence the

delightful surprise, since I had seen Elf (film) I expected the play to appeal more
