Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is one of the non-traditional machining processes, based on thermo electric energy
between the work piece and an electrode. In this process, the material removal is occurred electro thermally by a series of
successive discrete discharges between electrode and the work piece. The parametric analysis of the EDM process by using
different electrode shapes has been carried out. This Research discusses the performance of die sinking EDM due to the
shape configuration of the electrode. The effect of electrode shapes configuration on the performance of die sinking electric
discharge machine has been carried out. The optimization of the parameters of the EDM machining has been carried out by
using the taguchi‟s method for design of experiments (DOE). In this research we have used taguchi‟s method for design of
experiments with three input parameters and their three levels of experiments. The dielectric used is kerosene diluted with
water. The objective of the analysis is to optimize the process parameters of EDM with the help of taguchi method and using
Minitab software.

The Indium antimonide (InSb) is one of the promising optoelectronic materials having potential applications in the development of data storage, frequency, parametric oscillations, detectors and related gadgets. Purity of material plays a vital role in the development of quality devices for space and defence related high-end applications. Directional Solidification System (DSS) plays a major role in reducing the vibrations during the synthesis and crystallization process to yield high and pure InSb compound. This paper discusses homogenization, synthesis, purification and characterization of Indium antimonide. Directional Solidification System (DSS) is employed for the preparation of pure InSb crystalline material. This system is fabricated with a view to establish required and suitable temperature isotherms at top and bottom of the furnace and also to tackle the irregularities of sample during the process of cooling the aspects. The crystallization of homogenized pure sample is kept under vacuum in the furnace. The impurities of the InSb are segregated at the bottom end of the sample. The purity analysis of the InSb sample is studied and presented by employing XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, ICP-OES, Raman and FTIR techniques.

Today, in the industry of aluminum, the D. C. casting of billets and slabs is playing the major role. The producers of these slabs and billets are many. The end users of the product are OEMs. The degassing technology for producing these aluminum slabs and billets is provided by very few. There are two types of degassing methods currently in use. One of these, vacuum degassing, is used primarily in the steel industry and thus not generally used in the aluminum industry. The second method, generally employed in the aluminum industry, is rotary degassing, which uses finely dispersed argon, chlorine, fluorine to remove dissolved hydrogen and various salts from melt. The challenges associated with producing aluminum are reducing porosity due to hydrogen precipitation during casting through degassing processes; which generates detrimental effects on mechanical properties of alloy castings and removing impurities like; the Ca, Mg salts etc. from the molten metal. Looking at the degassing systems provided by these players, are going to be obsolete as the environment norms will become stricter in the next decade, because of the use of Fluorine and Chlorine for removing the Ca, Mg, etc. impurities from the molten metal as the ozone layer is getting depleted and process becomes more cumbersome and hazardous. So, the innovation in the technology is needed; which leads research interest on development of the ultrasonic degassing as a better option. During this research authors would be using ultrasonic technology over existing technology to compare the results of conventional degasser units available in the market such as LARSTM, SNIFTM, STASTM - ACDTM, AlpurTM, MDUTM etc., and would be finding out the better operating parameters of ultrasonic equipment for the process for replacement of Fluorine and Chlorine based old technology with Ultrasonic Technology. This research paper should underpin improvement in the process and hence improved hardness of material by elimination of the fluorine and chlorine usage by replacing it with ultrasonic technology with suitable mechanical design, metallurgical criteria and thermal analysis consideration. During the entire research and development authors had carried out various operations like Research on thermal and metallurgical behavior of the molten metal and alloys, Comparison of results achieved using ultrasonic technique over existing technique, Formulation of conclusion; making ultrasonic technique a proven technology, and Identifying the further scope of research and development. With the experiments carried out, authors found significant improvement in hardness of the material produced by ultrasonic degassing as compared with the hardness of material produced by conventional degassing.

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS ON EFFECTIVENESS OF ACOUSTIC MATERIAL AS THERMAL ...ijmech
Sound pollution is big problem now-a-days and it causes many health issues. Soundproofing can be used to mitigate the effect of sound pollution, but it adds to the building cost. However, acoustic materials have low thermal conductivity and they may result in saving due to reduced use of electrical energy for heating/cooling of buildings. In the present work, the effectiveness of a commercially available acoustic material, made of Compressed Wood Fiber Cement Composites with a backing of Anti vibration Pad, as a thermal insulator is experimentally investigated. A CAD model of anti-vibration pad material was developed by scanning it with micro CT, converting grey scale data into binary scale by CTan software and extracting 3D- Model from binary data by using Scan IP software. The CAD model was imported into ANSYS workbench for determining thermal conductivity of the anti-vibration pad, which was experimentally validated. The thermal conductivity of composite material was then calculated by Fourier equation. A comprehensive CAD model of anti-vibration pad, composite material and brick-and-mortar wall was used to simulate the variations in room temperature with ambient temperature for one calendar year. The results show that acoustic insulation material also serves as a thermal insulator keeping the room nearly constant with varying ambient temperature
Dielectric properties of pure and ni2+ doped glycine sodium sulfate crystalseSAT Journals
Abstract Pure and Ni2+ added glycine sodium sulfate (GSS) single crystals were grown by the slow evaporation technique and characterized chemically, structurally, thermally, optically, mechanically and electrically. Effect of Ni2+ addition as an impurity on the properties of GSS has also been investigated. All the six crystals grown exhibit normal dielectric behavior and are found to be thermally stable up to 250˚C, NLO active and mechanically soft. The Ni2+ addition is found to increase the dielectric parameters. The low dielectric constant values observed for pure GSS indicate that GSS is not only a promising NLO material but also a low dielectric constant value dielectric material. The Effects of Nitrogen and Oxygen Atmosphere on the Photoconductivity of Tri...journalBEEI
Organic materials were previously used as insulators in electrical technology. These materials, however, are currently used as conductors once their photoconductivity is confirmed and studied. From the literature, it has shown that the photoconductivity of trimethyl phenyl diamine (TPD) increases in the air and decreased in the atmosphere of the vacuum. To the best of our knowledge, there is no detailed study of the effects of gas in the air that affect TPD photoconductivity. In this study we investigate the effects of nitrogen (N2) and oxygen (O2) gases on photoconductivity, degradation and residual decay of photoconductivity for thin film TPD. The results of the study show that in the atmosphere of O2, TPD produces about seven times higher photoconductivity compared to N2 conditions. It also shows that, N2 and O2 provide more effective response time during photoconductivity residual decay. Photoconductivity degradation occurs in all conditions and its recovery takes more than 65 hours.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. Using recycled concrete aggregates (RCA) for pavements is crucial to achieving sustainability. Implementing RCA for new pavement can minimize carbon footprint, conserve natural resources, reduce harmful emissions, and lower life cycle costs. Compared to natural aggregate (NA), RCA pavement has fewer comprehensive studies and sustainability assessments.
Harnessing WebAssembly for Real-time Stateless Streaming PipelinesChristina Lin
Traditionally, dealing with real-time data pipelines has involved significant overhead, even for straightforward tasks like data transformation or masking. However, in this talk, we’ll venture into the dynamic realm of WebAssembly (WASM) and discover how it can revolutionize the creation of stateless streaming pipelines within a Kafka (Redpanda) broker. These pipelines are adept at managing low-latency, high-data-volume scenarios.
HEAP SORT ILLUSTRATED WITH HEAPIFY, BUILD HEAP FOR DYNAMIC ARRAYS.
Heap sort is a comparison-based sorting technique based on Binary Heap data structure. It is similar to the selection sort where we first find the minimum element and place the minimum element at the beginning. Repeat the same process for the remaining elements.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
Final project report on grocery store management system..pdfKamal Acharya
In today’s fast-changing business environment, it’s extremely important to be able to respond to client needs in the most effective and timely manner. If your customers wish to see your business online and have instant access to your products or services.
Online Grocery Store is an e-commerce website, which retails various grocery products. This project allows viewing various products available enables registered users to purchase desired products instantly using Paytm, UPI payment processor (Instant Pay) and also can place order by using Cash on Delivery (Pay Later) option. This project provides an easy access to Administrators and Managers to view orders placed using Pay Later and Instant Pay options.
In order to develop an e-commerce website, a number of Technologies must be studied and understood. These include multi-tiered architecture, server and client-side scripting techniques, implementation technologies, programming language (such as PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and MySQL relational databases. This is a project with the objective to develop a basic website where a consumer is provided with a shopping cart website and also to know about the technologies used to develop such a website.
This document will discuss each of the underlying technologies to create and implement an e- commerce website.
