This document outlines the agenda for a seminar on competence development for employees working in adult education and learning. The seminar will begin with introductions and an inspirational presentation on future competences. Participants will then have lunch and break into group discussions on the competences needed in their fields, models for flexible competence development, and ideas for Nordic cooperation initiatives. The seminar will close with reflections on next steps and opportunities for future collaboration.
