 The relationship between two or more person is
called as Interpersonal Relationship.
 These relation develop from person to person
 Between small groups
 Between large groups
 Any kind of association may be based on love,
solidatory ,regulate business interaction and some
other type of social commitment.
 These are the form of the social, cultural context
and other influences.

Stages of Continuing IP Relationship
1. Acquintance- This is the interaction stage, based
on proximity, people began to like each other,
continue interaction at this stage leads to next
stage.
2. Build up- In this stage people start
communication, people begin to trust and care
about each other, the need for intimacy,
compatibility and such filtration agents such as
common background and goal will influence the
relationship.
Stages of Continuing IP Relationship
3. Continuation- In this stage people decides
whether they will continue relationship or not. It
depends on bonding at second stage. The stage
follow a mutual commitment to create a strong,close
and long term relationship like any king of
friendship, romantic relationship or marriage.
4. Deterioration- It is the stage of barriers in
relationship moving toward deterioration. Low level
of feeling of sharing, level of dissatisfaction, loss of
trust, stage of downfall of relationship, leading the
end of relationship.

of relationship either by divorce, break up, death or
any kind of separation in romentic relation and love
