Iran to produce more nuclear bombs than it currently can construct using enriched uranium and

Diagnosing a Sore Throat Case Study In the early morning hours on a Sunday, a worried mother
brought in a 22 month old child to the emergency room. The young girl was exhibiting signs of a
common cold, including a low grade fever and runny nose that had been persisting for the last 48
hours. The child also had a hoarse cough and forced, noisy breathing. Her larynx was raw and swollen
and she had mucus coating her red throat. Upon examination, the pediatrician also noticed mild
inflammation of the ears and cloudy eyes. A rapid Strep test performed on the child came back
negative, and a warm vaporizer helped to alleviate her difficulty breathing.
My initial belief was that the child might be exhibiting signs of strep throat. However after the
physician was able to perform a rapid Strep test, which produced negative results, I felt it was best to

In 1963 Ernesto Miranda a ninth grade dropout (PBS) was arrested and charged with kidnaping, rape, and armed robbery. The police interrogated him for two hours. During the question Miranda supposedly admitted to all the crimes. The police then used Miranda s confession to convict him in court. While in prison Miranda appealed his case and eventually brought it to the Supreme Court. The court ruled five to four in favor of Miranda. The Supreme Court was correct in their ruling of Miranda v. Arizona, because the majority opinion correctly argued the fifth and sixth amendments. The dissenting opinion arguments regarding the fifth and sixth amendments were incorrect and in other cases involving due process this amendment was abused. In similar cases the court ruled in favor of the defendant because he was harmed during the interrogation process. The court argued that the case was not about whether Miranda was guilty of the charges or not (he obviously confessed). Keep in mind that the Europeans traveled by ship for months and some ships had an infestation of rats and mosquitoes. Vaccinations did not exist during the Exploration years so, explorers and the Natives had diseases of small pox, pneumonia, and yellow fever. The Native Americans were dying by the numbers because of the European diseases that they came into contact with the Europeans. Several Native American tribes had healers which the Europeans thought were Doctors. The Native Americans used nuts, berries, and certain plants to heal either a snakebite, scratch, wounds from animal attacks, and skin diseases. The Europeans thought that some of the Indian practices were witchcraft because of the heavy European Christian beliefs. The Native Americans actually helped to cure several European diseases. When the first Colonists of Virginia arrived, the population was declining because of the disease and starvation. As time went on, the immigrants from Europe began to increase due to the Civil War, crowded population, or famine. The Europeans tasted other different food sources that the Native Americans had grown such as, pumpkins, potatoes, beans, corn, tomatoes, and squash. These crops were foreign to the Europeans.
