First.. Create an Account

If you have a GMAIL account,
You can use the same account!

Type “ Google.com” in
your browser

Then you will see this.

See the grid?

Zoom in...

Click the grid...

And you will see this...

See the Google cal icon?..

Click the Google calendar icon..

Then you will see this..
If you have a
gmail account,
your username
was prompted at
sign in sheet…

Then you will see this..
Otherwise, you
have to enter your
username and
password

Sign-in using gmail account
Enter your
password

Then, click “Sign-in..”

Congratulations!!

Now, you can create an appointment

Remember your Missed DATE
with you wife??

You will Create an Appointment for your
Date with your WIFE...

Click “Create..”

Then, you will see this..

Type in the “Event Title”

Click on the “Date..”

A calendar will Appear..

Click your chosen date..

Next, you set on Time..

Click on Time...

Select your Appointment time

Scroll down and add more details..

You now have the basic details

Scroll down, to make sure you never
forget you appointments..

Have fun and add color!

Now, decide how you want to be
reminded of the appoinment..

Let’s say you want to be reminded via
Email.. Click on the Email button..

It will highlight “Email”

Next, you’ll set the reminder time, click
the time box..

Type in the number

Click on the minutes option..

A drop down button will allow
you to choose..

Want an extra reminder
so you never missed an

Let us add a pop-up reminder..

Type in the Time

Click the minutes button

A dropdown will allow you to choose..

Click on your choice..

Now, you are all set!
Scroll up!

You have set up an event!

Click “Save”

You will go back to the calendar

To view the appointment, click “month”

Great job on your First event!

Want to separate
DAILY from MONTHLY
or YEARLY schedule?

You’ll Create separate Calendars..

Let’s view your Calendar...

Click the button near My Calendar..

A pop-up will Appear..

Click “Create New Calendar”

You will see this Screen...

Type the Calendar Name...

Click “Create Calendar”

Great job! You now
have a monthly
Calendar!

Click “ My Calendar”

Now, you have two Calendars...

You can view one calendar, just click one.

Or view BOTH!

Let us create Monthly Reminders..

Click “Create”

Type the name of the Reminder..

You will see the familiar Screen...

Set the Date and Time..

Click Repeat..

A pop-up Screen will Appear!

Click the button under Repeat..

Click “Monthly”

Click “Repeat every” and choose one..

Click your choice under Repeat by:

Review: This is Monthly reminder,
repeat every 15th of the month..

Click “ Done”

You will see this screen again..

Make sure the monthly Calendar is
selected...

Scroll down to set the reminders..

You know how to set reminders right?
Then, do it!

Now.. click “ Save”

Great job! Missed event are now
things in the past...

To view all your schedule..
Click My calendar..

Now.. You can manage your schedule
and Never Missed single event..
