dependent on destructive fossil fuels for its energy supply. Our country is producing a quarter of the
world s pollution. Usage of fossil fuels has increasingly contributed to the CO2 emissions, which is
polluting our environment. It is destroying natural habitats and causing an increase in health problems.
If our harmful methods continue, our planet will eventually become uninhabitable. Fossil fuels are
considered a nonrenewable resource, which means we are required to find a new and clean renewable
energy source. These new energy sources must be readily available for the world s energy demands.
Our vision should focus on environmentally friendly and efficient energies such as wind and solar

aspects of the play were very vague or in downright disarray: Setting, genre, stage design, and even

ultimately lost sight of original entirely. Setting, the most basic element of the play, is entirely
undefinable in the production. The characters wore costumes resembling World War II Soviet military
uniforms and dresses taken from a 1940s Macys advertisement. However, the play still refers to the
Scottish crown and Macbeth s castle. In addition, the stage music does little to clarify the setting. In
some scenes, the background music sounds like that of a traditional Highland dance with bagpipes
blaring. However, in other scenes there are tribal drums and marimbas. Also, the actors had neither
Russian nor Scottish accents; they were all Midwestern. Ultimately, if the director wants to change the

White Males And The American Writers
In this nature writing course and in all my literature courses there haven t been many African
American writers represented. This isn t because they don t exist, but because the more commonly
known writers have the attributes of being more respected, and are widely accepted writers in
American literature, who majority of the time are white males like Thoreau and Leopold. These are
just examples, and they are good writers but there are also good African American writers that deserve
just as much representation when teaching college courses. There s a greater choice of writers besides
having the same works of authors we ve already read throughout our experience in studying literature.
There needs to be a better variety of cultures represented in literature, white males shouldn t always be
the most read and studied authors in public institutions. Minorities should be represented too,
especially African American writers since they played such a great role in the American history, and
endured so much oppression from the society they ve lived in. In this course, Nature Writing at
metropolitan University, we had a variety of different races, but the Black race didn t get the
representation they deserved. There was a writing titled, from a black boy by Wright, and it wasn t a

In René Descartes First Meditations, he introduces three main sceptical arguments for the possibility
of doubt: illusion, dreaming and error. Descartes purpose in his First Meditations is to define
knowledge by placing doubt on the sceptical arguments capacity to provide truth. In this essay, I will
focus on the argument from dreaming. There are many objections against the argument; therefore I
will assess the soundness of the argument and whether it establishes universal doubt based on the
plausibility of the objections. Moreover, I will further conclude that it is possible to know if we are
dreaming or not at any given moment and that we are not always in a dream.
The argument of dreaming
The principle premise of the argument from dreaming is that there are no sure signs by means of
which being awake can be distinguished from being asleep. This leads to the premise that one often
feels sensations and perceptions similarly to when one is awake. Then, it is possible that we do not
know if we are dreaming right now or not. This is a valid argument which attacks all sense perception
and allows us to doubt even the most ordinary and certain things, as you may be dreaming them rather
than actually experiencing it.

Overview
In this paper we will discuss the Linux Network Name Space. First, the concept of namespaces will be
described along with an overview of the default name spaces available in the Linux operating system.
The Linux Network Name Space is a key enabler for some high profile virtualization technologies
including OpenStack and Docker.
Linux Name Spaces
Linux consists of the following six namespaces:
Network Network Namespace
PID Process Namespace
Mount Filesystem Namespace
User User Namespace
IPC Interprocess Communication Namespace
UTS Host and NIS Namespace
Linux namespaces can be traced back to early UNIX technologies called chroot, process jails
controlled where access is controlled with cgroups. The concept of a namespace is to isolate processes
from other processes on the system. This concept evolved into namespaces that are created with
clone() system call and manipulated with the setns() and unshare() system calls. The clone() system
call is used when creating child namespace from a parent or root namespace. As the name would
suggest this creates a clone of an existing stack. The setns() system call is used to join a namespace.

old single mother struggling to attend my classes. Perplexed by my numerous absences, the professor
had come over to encourage me and to convey that she thought I had tremendous potential. I closed

Only eight times in the past 60 years has Britain s budget been in surplus, most recently in 2001 2002.
A budget surplus occurs when tax revenue is greater than government spending and interest payments.
Therefore, the government can use the surplus revenue to pay off the national debt. The budget deficit
is the annual amount the government has to borrow to meet the shortfall between current receipts (tax)
and government spending, for example by the end of 2009 10 our annual deficit was £170.8 billion.
The argument of the chancellor is that with national debt unsustainably high periods of economic
growth should be taken as an opportunity to pay down debt and reduce the burden for future
