This document provides instructions for a "Find Your Voice" leadership project. Students are asked to identify 3 leadership traits they possess from a list. For each trait, they will explain how they use it and how it helped them find their voice. Students will then pick a person who has impacted them by using these traits and explain how that person helped them find their voice. Finally, students will describe what their voice is and how they will use it to inspire others to find their voice. The project utilizes various multimedia platforms like Powtoon, Animoto or Prezi and includes personalizing with photos and quotes.

2. What does it mean to find your voice?
• Have you ever thought about what it takes to be a leader?
• Leaders use all seven habits to be effective in all aspects of their life
• So, now that you have learned all 7 habits and are using them in your life, you
will be able to find your voice.
• In order to find your voice, you must ask yourself what traits do I possess that
make me a leader in my own special way and how can I inspire others by using
my voice?
