2. Leaflets
The title to the leaflet has been placed in a
large and bold font. The colour used is a calm
blue. This certain colour has been used as the
leaflet is promoting the NHS and blue is a
calming colour.
A selection of

out form the
pale blue colour
of background.
A section at the bottom of the leaflet has been bordered off and the text within has
been changed white to stand out from the colour of the background that is dark blue.
The reason for this is because the text provided is for a the are / number of the NHS
and is important (as to why it has been made to stand out)
The font of the text has been kept the same throughout
the entire leaflet, this has been done to keep it simple
and easy to read. The colour of the text has been
separated into three main colours (Blue, Black and
white). Each of these colours stand out very well against
the chosen colour of background.

3. Leaflets
This leaflet provides a lot of clarity towards the main subject (health care). It provides very
clear information upon the things you should If you have had a bump. It also clearly
provides very important information upon the nhs website. The instructions given have to
be accurate as it comes from the NHS.
The codes of practice has ensured that the leaflet provides the responsibilities that is needed
(in this case giving directions of what you should do if you’ve had a bump).

5. Instruction manuals
This instruction manual provides lots of
clarity in presenting the instructions. All
the instructions are presented in a bold
black colour upon the white
background, this allows for the text to
be easily identified. The instructions are
very accurate in telling you what to do
(provides clear text and provides
images).
No ambiguity has been interpreted into
this instruction manual as there isn’t
more than one way to construct the
product.
6. How to guide
Each step within the how to guide has been separated into six
different main steps, each step is divided by square black box’s.
this is done to show that the information provided within each
box is a follow on from the previous box.
The title has been
placed into a dark
blue colour to
stand out from
the rest of the
text. The title is
the only text in a
colour other then
black. The font
used throughout
the guide has
been kept the
same but the
tittle has
purposely been
edited as italic.
The images used
in the guide
present a clear
and simple
presentation of
what each step
should look like.
Underneath each
image there is a
small amount of
text that signifies
what the image is
portraying.
A small amount of red is added to the images to signify an
important part. For example the arrows used to show the
movement made are coloured red to stand as they are
important steps.
7. How to guide
This how to guide provides a lot of very accurate information upon the subject of the guide
(how to walk like a ninja). It provides a deep and formative range of information to ensure
that the reader gains a detailed understanding. The how to guide covers clarity, the use of
pictures and lengths of text allows a clear understanding of the purpose of the guide.
The guide doesn’t reference where the information, this could lead to the information
being incorrect.
8. Factual journalism

distinguish it form competing papers. The logo has been designed
to stand out from everything else on the paper. The date of the
paper has also been shown at the top of the paper in a bold black
font.
The rest of the paper is
made up of correlated text
that inks to the title and
given image.
9. Factual journalism
As this factual journalism belongs to a mainstream
news company the information is very accurate. The
journalism Is very concise in explaining the main
subject of the article (the man on the moon).
Following on from this the information and images
provided give an accurate reading of what the
factual journal is about. This specific news article
avoids ambiguity and also avoids any bias opinions.
No sources are referenced but as the information is
provided under the name of the ‘Daily Mirror’ all
information provided will be held to them. Legal
constraints and codes of practice may have been
implied to ensure that the information used was fair
