important experiences would have to be my assignment as the deputy budget officer for the 96th Air
Base Wing at Eglin AFB and my recent deployment to Iraq. Beginning chronologically, my

benefited me greatly to sit down with the SFS, MSS, and LRS RAs and commanders and get their two
cents on how budget cuts and resource constraints were impacting their squadrons. She also ensured
her folks were recognized for achievement. She took award nominations very seriously, and used them

design for this paper will be a longitudinal research design. My data will be collected over time. My
dependent variable are the Cambodian citizens. The independent variable in my research proposal are
the laws enforced to combat trafficking. I will study whether the static, unchanging forms of law in
Cambodia and determine if the number of victims to human trafficking decreased, increased or stayed
the same. This longitudinal design will also use some features from a panel design. A panel design
allows me to determine how individuals change, as well as how the population as a whole has changed
or in this case, how it is NOT changed. Even though a panel design hard to conduct, individuals such
as a judge, a person that maintains a long presence within the community, will be a useful source of

First and foremost, I must begin my sampling first at a nominal level. This would be the level of

My two most important experiences would have to be my assignment as the deputy budget officer for the 96th Air Base Wing at Eglin AFB and my recent deployment to Iraq. Beginning chronologically, my assignment to Eglin was significant because, other than my deployment, it was the most demanding job I have had so far. As often is the case, we grow the most when under duress. My civilian supervisor really aided me in the maturation process. She asked a lot of her Lieutenants, but she was always sure to equip you with the tools you needed to be successful. For example, anytime we had a budget brief to the Wing Commander, she selected me to brief. That really paid dividends for my confidence. She also made me the staff analyst for the MSG and Wing Staff. This provided me great opportunity to work daily with the Resource Advisors (RAs) down at the group and squadron levels. It benefited me greatly to sit down with the SFS, MSS, and LRS RAs and commanders and get their two cents on how budget cuts and resource constraints were impacting their squadrons. She also ensured her folks were recognized for achievement. She took award nominations very seriously, and used them as teaching tools. This document proposed peace building as Action to identify and solidify peace in order to avoid relapse into conflict, (Boutros Ghali 11). While two sides are still in conflict, there is not a chance for communication between sides. Until violent conflict ceases, the two parties will continue to dehumanize one another and decrease the ability to understand one another. However, conflicts cannot always resolve themselves and outside intervention is sometimes needed to avoid a cycle of revenge, which can be a result. The problem is a well known bias in human perception, whereby we inflate the value of the wrongs we suffer, and minimize the value of those we ourselves inflict. (Santa Barbara 179). Luckily, there are nations such as Canada, with politicians like Lloyd Axworthy, who created the Canadian peace building initiative in 1996. The initiative suggested a concern for the multidimensional and integrated causes of civil war and thus acknowledged the need to address the economic, social, and political aspects of reconstruction and reconciliation (Keating 171).
