in. The BOCC were more relaxed during this meeting and even joked with each other in a professional
and polite manner. The audience, whom should be quite during the meeting, also laughed at the
Commissioners jokes. When the audience participated as speakers the BOCC listened and then moved
onto the next speaker. Both parties, the BOCC and the public speakers were polite and all speakers
stayed within his or her allocated three (3) minutes timeframe to talk. I was unable to locate any news
articles relating to the March 28, 2017, BOCC meeting. There were a few times throughout the
meeting a commissioner asked the County Attorney if what was being requested was the first time or a

The name of the recipe that I am evaluating is Baked Chicken with Vegetables.

recipe?
The essential nutrients that are included in this recipe are saturated fats, carbohydrates, Fiber and
protein. Also included are Vitamin A that adds carotene and helps with the eyes; Vitamin C which is
important for growth and development; Calcium needed for muscle, bones and nerves. Iron helps with
distributing oxygen to the body. Vitamin E helps body tissue from damage. Vitamin K makes proteins
for bones and tissue also helps with clotting to not bleed too much.

3. Which ingredients are providing each nutrient?
Potatoes have vitamin C, potassium, and carbohydrates.

RAI Score Analysis
The new year has arrived and seniors have started their final year of high school. This means applying
for college, considering scholarships, and planning for the future has begun. These three things alone
have caused stress to many seniors. Completing a college application is typically the first of many
steps taken by seniors. Colleges look to see what a student can bring to the college, whether that be in
arts, sciences, music, etc. In the application, differences between students are formed which allows a

Imagine this: You are a Jew. You are loaded into a train car with several other people. It takes you to a
camp and you don t know what s going on. Nazis are shouting stern commands to you in German to
strip down and separate from your family. They take all of your belongings and tell you that you won t
need them. Worried, scared, and frightened, you are ushered into a large chamber with hundreds of
other people. Then the gas filters in. You and everyone else are dead within 20 minutes. This is how it
was for the prisoners of Nazi death camps during the Holocaust. Here are the examples of death
camps, Treblinka and Belzec, and also how it was in any Nazi death camp.
Many of the nazi death camps were part of Aktion Reinhard, (Operation Reinhard) a Nazi plan to kill
all of the 2 million Jews living in German occupied Poland (Treblinka). Most of the death camps used
gas chambers, a nazi favorite, to kill the prisoners. A gas chamber is a huge chamber that has pipes
running through it. The Nazis would pipe deadly carbon monoxide into them, killing everyone inside.
After they were dead, the Nazis would dump the bodies into mass graves, (huge pits) and dumped dirt
over them.

In 1837, a wealthy Scottish nobleman named Sir William Drummond Stewart took Alfred Jacob
Miller on his outing to the Rockies. Stewart had previously been to the mountains in 1833. But due to

not nearly the same. The battle of Gaines Mill was a battle fought in the Civil War. It took place on
