I Feel That This Assessment Overall Went Pretty Well
I feel that this assessment overall went pretty well. Miss. S. had me work with three
students individually, and these students ranged from high performance to low
performance. I thought this was a good choice so I could experience difference
between the different developmental levels of the students. I performed the
assessment on October 14th of 2016, in Miss. S s classroom during the students free
choice time. Of the three students that participated, one of the students receives
speech therapy. The first student that I assessed was Child 1, and he doesn t receive
extra services. Johnathan did really well overall, but did struggle with some words. I
feel that Johnathan could have taken his time more and really focused on sounding
the words out before saying what he thought they were. I did noticed that the mixed
up and mistaken some of the vowels. When I performed the spellingtest at the end,
Johnathan had trouble with the wordyou. When he started to spell the word he
started with OU, but then he corrected himself and spelt the word correctly. I still
marked the word as incorrect since he started spelling the word wrong. The second
student that I assessed was Child 2, and he receives speech therapy. I didn t
complete the assessment because Derek was struggling and wasn t close to saying

Although many historians agree that Charles Darwin would have been against
social Darwinism, in reality, Darwin held many beliefs that coincide with Social
Darwinism. Charles Darwin believed in a hierarchy of races created by the
evolutionary processes. Darwin was also a supporter of eugenics and promoted it to
solve racial struggles. Some argue that Darwin never extended his ideas to a social

January 1, 2016. The ball dropped at midnight like it does every year, and people
around the world cheered on the coming of the new year. For most, a new year
equals new opportunities, improvement, and overall, hopes for a better year than the

Day, my grandpa was admitted to the hospital for the flu, and the flu turned into
pneumonia, and we found out later it was all because of his cancer. He had tried

You would never expect fun loving drunken philanderer to save 1200 Jews from

As the highly advanced and intelligent primates that human are, would you be okay
with confinement and being separated for a life time from loved ones? For many
years animal rights organizations have found an issue with a brilliant animal, like
Orca whales, being restrained solely for entertainment and revenue purposes.
Those fighting for the rights of animals have mainly placed their attention toward a
family entertainment company recognized as SeaWorld. Since their opening in
March of 1964, SeaWorld has become well known for being an aquatic theme park
bringing families together solely for an experience like no other, while creating an
educational purpose for knowledge of marine animals. With all of the issues that
have developed since SeaWorld s opening, confinement of orcas is what seems to
have everyone s attention. Their newly permanent tanks, mistreatment and or self
harm can only lead to stress from the orcas which has been recorded to result in
harm to their care givers. This has become an important issue because both sides
have found it difficult to come to an agreement on how this conflict can be resolved.
