What you mean here is that as you get older, your muscle become worse in a way. It is not so much the process that you’re describing, which would justify the use of a gerund (‘aging’ but it is that as time goes by your muscles weaken year by year. So muscles decline with AGE.
Teenagers who rarely exercise get illness. This sentence is a combination of two expression that does not exist. ‘to get ill’ and ‘to contract an illness’. So you can use either of those two expressions, just not a combination of the two.
In other words, to live ordinarily is far safer than to live hardly. Two things have gone wrong here. First, the expression ‘hard living’ is not used in this context. It could be used to describe living under harsh conditions or with no money or something like that. The second reason why ‘hardly’ does not work here is because adding ‘ly’ to to the adjective ‘hard’ creates a word with a different meaning. Here hardly means ‘barely’. So in fact what you are saying is that it that living an ordinary life is better than to be almost dad. What you could say to improve this lesson is ‘to live a healthy life’ or are an active life.
It is difficult to maintain a healthy body by having a diet. Again, here two expression have been mixed together to make a new one that does not exist. ‘To have a meal’ and ‘to be on a diet’. So what you could say is that is difficult so maintain a healthy body when being on a diet.
The life span of people who do exercise regularly is not longer than of those who exercise routinely. What the writer wanted to do is compare people who exercise regularly to people who exercise occassionally. Meaning ‘every now and than’. Routinely means exercising are at regular intervals, like for example every week or every month.
Also, by taking the appropriate nutrition, people prevent disease. The word nutrition is used to describe food that contains many healthy ingredients. For instance in a sentence like ‘Good nutrition is needed to stay healthy’ If you’re talking about individual healthy ingredients, however, you talk about ‘the appropriate nutrients’.
Generally speaking we have enough exercise in daily life. The problem here is that the verb ‘have does not go with the noun ‘exercise’. The proper expression is the ‘do’ exercise.
It is not necessary to sport for health maintenance. ‘sport’ is not used as a verb in this context. The proper expression is to ‘do’ sports’ or ‘play sport’ Sport is used as a verb however when it means to ‘show off’. For instance, you can say ‘He’s sporting a moustache.’
People suffer from diseases that disturb the normal intake of meals. The verb ‘disturb’ generally means that ‘normal proceedings are being interrupted’ . For instance ‘He interrupted the meeting by walking in unannounced’. What the person who wrote this probably meant was prevent the normal intake of meals. Meaning you can no longer do it in a normal way.
Sleep is an act to reduce daily fatigue. The word act is usually used to describe activities that only take up a short time. For instance, ‘the act of marriage is very special’. You instantly gop from not being married to being married. If you’re describing something that takes a while you could say ‘activity’ instead.’
Utilize was used here as formal substitute for the verb ‘use’. However, this verb is not used in this context because it means ‘to put into use’. For instance, when someone has a certain job skill which is not used and than after a while it is. The normal ‘Use’ would be the best option here.
The problem in this sentence is that ‘according’ could be interpreted as having two meanings here. What the the writer meant here was ‘based on’, which would be appropriate. ‘According, however could also be read as ‘the country was the thing that said that life expectancy varied. Which of course makes no sense.
First of all the proper expression is strong efforts. Also, what ‘limited diets means here is diets that don’t involve much. You’re almost eating normally. The extend to which you diet is very limited. This is probably not what the writer meant.
The problem with this sentence is that side effects usually don’t ‘happen’, they occur. So that would be a good way to change the sentence.
The problem with this sentence is that ‘to try efforts’ is not an expression that exists. It’s a combination of ‘to try something’ and ‘to put effort into something’ You could say however, May people try different things.
What the writer mean here is to ‘note’, as in ‘pay extra attention to’. Notice means ‘to suddenly become aware of something’.
A dish normally refers to a single meal, cooked for one or more people. What the writer means is that the best way to stay healthy is eating healthy meals regularly. Instead of dish you could say ‘normal meals’.
What the writer means is intellectual work instead of works. Work is not a countable noun so the correct sentence should have been ‘intellectual work is demanding on the body.
There is nothing grammatically wrong with this sentence. Also, there are nothing really wrong with the vocabulary in this sentence other than that it ‘thing’ is quite vague. Thing can mean many things. It would’ve been better to write something so write something ‘condition’.
First of all it is ‘take exercise’ should have been ‘exercise’, without ‘take’. ‘Continually’ in this context means that they should exercise without ever stopping. This is probably not what the writer meant.
