2. How Body Language and Micro Expressions Predict Success

1. Micro expression are facial expressions which are half a second or shorter that
give away of how we feel. As example, Ben – he raises his corner of his lips
which portrays contempt or superiority.
2. Body language complements with non-verbal communication – listening/
hearing.
3. Micro expression is universal. As example, blind people show the same facial
expressions as equal to normal people who can see when they are engaged in
a communicating situation.
4. A leader who is successful tends to SEE more of body language code.
Whereby, they can Spot body language codes, Empower their body language
codes, and Elicit own body language codes on others.
5. Emotions are stronger than thinking rationally whereby leads to direct action.
