Pablo Ruiz Picasso was a Spanish artist born in 1881 in Málaga, Spain who died in 1973. He was a prolific artist who painted over 2,000 works in different styles like painting, drawing, engraving, sculpture and ceramics that are now displayed in museums worldwide. Picasso joined the Communist parties of Spain and France and dedicated his life to his artwork from a young age, holding his first exhibition at only 13 years old.
