Dear Sir or Madam
I’m writing it because I saw your advertisement for careers advice in the Oxford Mail
last Friday.
I am interested in becoming an accountant and I’d like to know what skills are
important for that profession. I am 12 years old and at present I am studying for ESO at
St. David’s School in Oxford. I enjoy doing maths at school, and I think that I’m good at
dealing with people.
I’d be grateful if you could send me one of your career information packs and an
application form. If possible I’d also like to know about courses and training.
