Pablo Picasso was a famous Spanish painter who was born in Málaga, Spain in 1881. He showed a passion for drawing from a young age and received artistic training from his father. Picasso had many romantic relationships and was married once to a ballerina named Olga Khoklova, with whom he had one son. His artistic career spanned several periods including the Blue Period, Rose Period, African-influenced Period, Cubism, Classicism and Surrealism. Picasso died in 1973 in Mougins, France at the age of 91.
