A 31-year-old man presented with diarrhea, fatigue, fever and chest lesions. Imaging showed multiple lung cysts. Tests found eosinophilia but were negative for amoebas or infection. The cysts are likely caused by Echinococcus granulosus tapeworm infection transmitted through ingestion of eggs from dog feces. Surgical removal and anthelmintic treatment are recommended.
