Concept of ProjectMonitor the jumping of red light by digital manner system.Records the data of vehicle Vehicle No.
 Registration No.
 Time at which car jumped red light.Control Unit compares the time of crossing of vehicle and time of red light starts.
Hence Vehicle violating the traffic light can be tracked.Robbed car can be tracked easily.Vehicle status can be easily checked, such asTime of Violation of rules.

Vehicle pollution statusTechnical know how ? ? ? ?Each vehicle has its own digital code and consist of microcontroller.Traffic light consist of IR sensors laid down on the roads.When the vehicle jumps at the traffic light the digital data is transmitted to the sensor.
This data is sent to the main microcontroller.Microcontroller contains a clock .It compares the time with the time  of traffic light.It consist of four indicator light which gives the number of jumped vehicle .

In each vehicle microcontroller is installed.It has two sectionsData Base generation unit.
Infra Red port.Data is transferred in asynchronous mode

COMPONENTS USED IN TRANSMITTERMicrocontroller 89s51 40 pin IC.IC 7805 (5 volt regulator).IR LEDPNP transistor BC558Crystal 12 MHzCapacitor 1000Mf, 27pf (2),10 Mf.DIP Switches (two way).Resistors 1k, 2.2k,10k (2),100 Ω.Push to on micro-switch.
Working of Microcontroller40 pin IC – positive supply20 pin IC – negative supply9th pin – capacitor & resistor connected to provide auto reset circuit.18th & 19th pin – crystal is connected to provide external clock pulse of 12 MHz. Also 2 capacitor of 27 pf are grounded to provide a ripple rejection logic1st & 2nd pin – connected to external data base generation logic.
 40th pin - 7805 regulator to provide a 5 volt dc 	regulated power supply.
11th pin - It is the transmit pin of this IC, output from 	this pin is reconnected to pin no.12.
12th pin – Timer interrupt with the help of this logic we 	generate a frequency of 36 KHz from the 	controller.
Along with the frequency data base is generated.
Data is 8 bit and transmitted through the infra –red 	LED by using PNP transistor circuit. Reciever
