Abstract In The Manufacturing Of Sleeve Yoke 1650 Many Problems Were Faced During Assembly And Disassembly Of Sleeve Yoke And Mandrel. The Assembly Being Too Heavy Requires Two Operators. Also, There Is Potential Danger Of Assembly Falling Down Leading To Damage To Life And Property. Moreover, The Idle Time Per Unit Production Is More Than Expected. Therefore The Aim Of Our Project Is To Design And Manufacture A New Mandrel Which Will Solve All The Problems And Increasing The Productivity. Splined Live Centre Technique Is Used To Design The New Drive Centre Along With The Mandrel Block .
