2. Creationism Vs Evolutionism Essay
Evolutionism vs Creationism has been one of the largest ongoing debates ever since Charles Darwin
threw his theory on the table. So far, neither argument has enough evidence to be proven, yet we still
teach one as fact in public education. Every genesis is dependent on trust and acceptance. Religious
theories, such as Creationism, require a belief in an intelligent God or in gods, which can neither be
proved nor disproved. Evolution requires faith in chance, time, and natural selection to explain the
precision tuned conditions that make Earth perfect for life. The Big Bang concept requires acceptance
of something we cannot see (See Space.com or Universe Today). Today, evolution is one of main
geneses being taught in public education. It has, however, several holes that are often avoided when
taught. Let s just take a look at the origin of life. Life could not have started in the presence of oxygen,
like that in our atmosphere. Evolutionists claim earth s early atmosphere was void of oxygen.
Scientific evidence today shows that earth s early atmosphere may have had even more oxygen than
today. Even allowing that theory, without oxygen there would be no ozone and, without ozone, life
would have burnt from the ultraviolet radiation. To account for this, evolutionists say life started
underwater. The water would have quickly split the molecules of any proteins that formed.
Furthermore, of the 2,000 amino acids that exist, only around 20 are used in life. Every amino acid in

There is even more at the Answers in Genesis website. Creationists do not have all the answers, either.
Nor do they have scientific evidence that can prove whether God exists or not. In the light of this
obscurity, other genesis possibilities should be taught in public education and included in standardized
tests. In such an information oriented world, why would we want to keep information from

3. Assignment Paper On Robotics
Introduction My aim in this assignment: Is to get you fully understanding about what is robotics , How
did it start and why human kind truly needs robotics , learn about the 3 main types of engineering that
are used in robotics and there felids and talk about how robotics truly made life easier for human kind
and cheaper for companies to produce what they produce on a faster past and on a daily basis
Description What is Robotics: robotics is a combination of engineering and science that includes
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science. Robotics deals with the design
construction, operation, and use of robots, as well as computer systems for their control and sensory
feedback and information processing. these technologies are used to create machines that can replace
humans. Robots can be used in any situation and for any purpose as they have no feeling nor heart, but
today many are used in dangerous environments including bomb detection and de activation and in
war fields , manufacturing processes, or where humans life is at risk. Robots can take any shape and
look but some are made to look like humans in appearance and movement. This is said to help in the
acceptance of a robot in certain behaviors usually performed by people. such robots attempt to ...

One of the most well know players of all time is Jennie Finch. Finch, like many great players, started
playing the game very early on in her life at the age of five. Just a mere three years later she pitched
her first ball. During Finch s high school career she was known for being an athletic girl. Her senior
year she was Captain of her volleyball team, basketball team, and softball team. Finch lettered in
softball in all of her high school years and most recently in 2016 Finch s high school, La Mirada,
retired her jersey number, the first time for a softball player. In 1998, Finch started college at the

Jennie Finch was apart of the USA Softball team in the 2004 summer Olympics held in Athens,
Greece. Finch went on to pitch brilliantly by striking out 13 batters in eight innings while giving up
only one hit, one walk and no runs. Finch had a 2 0 win loss record which helped the USA secured the
gold medal once defeating Australia in the final round. Finch again in 2008 would represent her
country in the final time due to softball and baseball being dropped from the Olympics. In Beijing
Finch again pitched quite well pitching four no hit innings in an 11 0 victory over Venezuela, pitching
5 shutout innings in a 7 0 victory over Chinese Taipei, and two more shutout innings in a 9 0 victory
over China. Unfortunately the USA wasn t able to secure the gold medal for the 4th time because of
their loss to Japan 3 1 in the final game. Finch is currently an advocate for softball to return to the
Olympics by promoting how it tests so many athletic abilities, from hand eye coordination, to speed,
to agility, to quickness and how it deserves to be an Olympic

Green and Clean Pleasant aromas waft through the air as steaks sizzle gently on the grill; the sight of

Consumption of animal products is an integral part of society; its grasp is deep, not only at a primal
but also at a psychological level. We all have happy memories and positive associations with Grandma
s pot roast or Aunt Sue s Thanksgiving turkey. But how often do we stop and think what we are
putting in our mouths may be creating a potentially negative and lasting effect on the world we live in.

Industrialized nations, specifically, the United States must stop the tragic damage being done to the
planet: noxious gases released into the atmosphere, contamination of vital water resources,
annihilation of once lush, verdant land, in addition to millions of wild animals being displaced,
disheveled and often killed, this exploitation cannot continue if we wish to see a vibrant future on this
planet. Is there a way we can help our world heal? Can we in part, contribute to the alleviation of the
burden our globe finds itself bearing? Perhaps, if each individual would examine his or her eating
habits and implement small earth friendly change, the tide could turn toward a positive rejuvenation of
the environment. We have one planet on which to live, to care for, and to pass on to future generations;
thoughtful insight and consideration is warranted to secure its vibrancy and life. It is imperative to
look at alternative, healing ways, to turn earth s grim prognosis around. Attempts made to decrease
greenhouse gas emissions caused by animal agriculture would be costly and significantly impact
budget constrains across the nation and would not stop the climate change from occurring anyway as
cyclical change is inevitable in the Earth s environment. Many worry about the monetary impact that
aiding the environment would create. Stopping to

6. Why Do Low Blood Glucose Levels
Scenario: Low blood glucose levels
A person is doing the 40 hour famine. This is when the person cannot eat for 48 hours to raise money
for World Vision. When a person does not eat for 48 hours they are not ingesting any glucose from
food so there will be a deficiency of blood glucose levels. Blood glucose levels are monitored by the
islets of Langerhans. Low blood glucose levels are sensed by the alpha cells in the islets so during the
40 hour famine when blood sugars fall below 5mM, alpha cells sense this and release the polypeptide
hormone glucagon. Glucagon raises blood glucose levels in a way that is antagonistic to insulin. Its
effect is to increase blood glucose levels and its effect is most powerful when insulin levels in the

Type 1 or early onset diabetes is an auto immune disease in which the immune system attacks and
destroys the body s own beta cells.
In type 1 diabetes the immune system attacks and destroys the insulin producing beta cells in the islets
of Langerhans. The body is believed to do this because of some unfortunate genetic coding.
All people have particular HLA (human leukocyte antigen) complexes, but scientists have found that
diabetes is likely to develop in people who have a specific HLA complex. The purpose of this
complex is to trigger an immune response in the body. When the body gets an infection the immune
system produces antibodies to fight it. In charge of making these antibodies are T cells. If the infection
has similar antigens (something recognized by the immune system as a threat) as beta cells, the T cells
can turn against the beta cells and begin destroying them. This destruction happens over several years,
though disease symptoms appear quite quickly.
Without beta cells obviously the body cannot produce insulin in response to high blood glucose,
causing type 1 diabetics to have abnormally high blood sugar

7. Indian Boy Love Song Analysis
The poems New Orleans by Joy Harjo and Indian Boy Love Song (#2) by Sherman Alexie have two
very similar themes. Themes are underlying message, or main ideas, basically the theme is the lesson
you learned after you read a story, or in this instance a poem. The theme in New Orleans is that you
should put forth the effort to find out about your culture s history. While the theme of Indian Boy Love
Song(#2) is that you should, try your hardest to become close to your elders, don t be distant. While
both themes are focused on their culture, New Orleans is actually looking for information on her
Creek culture, but Indian Boy Love Song (#2) is apologizing about how he s distant from his culture.
In the poem New Orleans the theme is that to learn more about your culture, you should put forth the
effort. To get this message Harjo used compare and contrasting. For example They caught him in blue
rock, said don t talk. I know it wasn t just a horse that went crazy. This is showing development
because it s showing how her people got caught, and they attacked any and everything. Another way
the author shows this is by saying I have a memory. It swims deep in blood, a delta in the skin. This
shows that her heritage runs deep through her. In addition to these two quotes, another quote that
shows relation toward this development is Nearby is a shop with ivory and knives. There are red
rocks. The man behind the counter has no idea that he is inside magic stones. He

8. Explain The Structure Of The Heart
The heart is the organ that pumps blood throughout the body and to your lungs. It supplies nutrients
and oxygen to many tissues and removes the waste products and carbon dioxide. The heart has 4
chambers called the left and right atrium and the left and right ventricle. These are separated by valves
that stop the backflow of the blood that may occur due to the pumping motion. The other two valves
separate the entrances to the aorta and the pulmonary artery. The right side of your heart receives de
oxygenated blood from the aorta which is bringing the blood from which cells have extracted nutrients
and oxygen. It then pumps this blood to the lungs which releases the carbon dioxide and replenishes
the oxygen. This blood then comes back through

11. Ballerina Persuasive Speech
Ballerinas Do Not Jump High Because They Are Light weighted, It Is Because They Know How to
Recently an advert for the TTC had triggered protest from plus sized people: all the beautiful
ballerinas doing elegant posts and jumps being slim and tall are featured in the We Move You advert,
promoting the superior beauty of slimness. Many people may think that only slim people can do the
ballet jumps, especially the classic one featured: the grand jeté, a split in the air. But in reality, it s not
the slimness in working, it s the physics. The word, grand jeté, meaning big throw in French, is used
to describe the move of the dancer throwing and hanging themselves in the air. In preparation of the
jump, the dancer would run for a few steps or do a smaller jump to get their body in motion
horizontally, and get their knees bent more to store energy that is used to push the whole body up, like
jumping with a spring on, and take off. When the dancer s legs are off the ground, the real challenge
starts. Any object off the ground, no matter how much it weighted, near the Earth surface is subjected
to the constant gravitational force, which pulls the object, including the ballerina s body, down to the
ground. So how does a ballerina stays in the air as if they were hanged mid air? The answer is in the
split. But first, we have ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

12. Acute Stressors
Cohen et al. (1998) focused on observing the impact of acute and chronic life stressors on the
susceptibility and development of colds in people. Generally, the research question asks whether or
not these acute and chronic stressors, in addition to behavioral factors impact patient susceptibility to
two types of common cold. A hypothesis that can be derived from the study is that those with an
abundant amount of chronic stressors will be more susceptible in comparison to acute stressors.
Previous research on the topic from (Lepore, Miles, Levy, 1997) hold the same conclusion that long
term stressors impacted cold susceptibility more so than acute stressors. Earlier studies with Stone et

The unique aspect of this 1998 study was that its emphasis was between these two types stressors and
the intentional exposure of the two types of common colds. The researchers designed an observational
study in which 125 men and 151 women ranging from ages 18 55 participated. Participants that were
eligible completed the LED to asses what types of acute or chronic stressors they had and for how
long they were present. The main findings of the team was that 99% of participants that did not
produce antibody were infected and those that did had 69% infected averaged to an 84% infection
rate. On the other hand 58% of participants that did not produce antibody developed a cold and 19%
that produced antibody developed a cold which averaged to 40% developing a cold. Ultimately, their
conclusion is that chronic stressors played a more major role in infection and developing a cold rates
in comparison to acute stressors. In addition, the findings from behavioral practices such as smoking
and drinking followed previous evidence pointing out that there is little to no connection between
habits and impact on stress and developing a

Whether or not Aboriginal people had left the land to dry for itself is not our concern here. Nor is the
aim of this paper to prove the English were right in claiming sovereignty over Australian land, since
there is much proof they hadn t even been the first Europeans to meet with terra nullius . Nevertheless,
as history speaks for itself, there s clear evidence Aboriginal people endured immense changes during
colonization years, on the land where they stood, cultures unshaken, for thousands of years, before
Europe had a say in that. Indeed, what we aim for is to examine some ideas perpetrated along the
years in regards to the devastating effects that emerged once the first ship of colonizers arrived.
We ve had this debate about Australia was a terra nullius and it was a wasted landscape and people
hadn t used it and hadn t farmed it. They ve discovered that it probably supported 1.6 bilion lives and
that s how productive Aboriginal people were able to make this part of the Earth which has the most

20. Sex And Gender And Deviant Behavior
There is significant value in continuing research sex and gender differences in psychology, as
substantial differences in particular psychological processes exist. Perhaps the most impactful area
that psychologists can continue to study sex and gender differences is in psychopathologies and
deviant behavior. This is for two reasons: because significant sex and gender differences exist in the
manifestation, diagnosis, and treatment of certain psychopathologies and deviant behavior; and that
this category has widespread and significant impacts on society. The study of psychopathologies
through a sex differential lens can vastly change the way in which they are understood, diagnosed and
treated. As gender and sex differences can be overstated, leading to misconceptions, psychologists
must find a balance between searching for differences and recognizing that the wide overlap that
exists between men and women, males and females. Investing psychopathologies and deviant
behavior without keeping this in mind does a disservice to individuals and society alike.
Background
As asserted by Klinge (2011, p.18), the 1980 s saw a shift in medicine as the study of sex and gender
rose in prominence, and the male norm in medicine was largely abandoned. With that said though, for
the remainder of the 1980 s and into the mid 1990 s women were still excluded from biomedical
research in the United States (Klinge 2011, p.16). Leading the charge against the non inclusive
research methods was the

21. The Process Involve
Journal Response The chapter What Does the Process Involve? by Erika Lindemann describes the
many stages that occur during the writing process; all the steps that follow before finishing a writing
material. Lindemann shares the habits that she follows while prewriting and drafting as well as the
steps followed while revising and editing and states that even after finishing the material she always
finds areas that she would have liked to correct. In general, Lindemann expresses that even though the
writing process follows a step by step order, it usually falls out of the orderly plan when more ideas
come to mind on how to better and improve the final work. To start with, Lindemann expresses the
importance of modeling students the prewriting process stating that it is easier to brainstorm ideas
when the students are motivated and have choices than when the assignments are imposed by the

22. On Keeping A Notebook, By Joan Didion
Essayist, Joan Didion, in her narrative essay, On Keeping a Notebook, expresses how a notebook
helps her keep track of her memories. Didion s intention is to explain to the reader how when she
seems to only be going through the motions (Paragraph 8) of what she is supposed to be doing, her
notes allow her to regain her sense of self. She employs a nostalgic tone in order to draw apon the
curiosity in her adult readers. Didion makes her point quite heavily by use of pathos, ask answer
questions, and parenthesis.
Didion begins her narrative by describing her thoughts both during and after reading an entry from her
notebook. She emphasizes this point by demonstrating how at first, she can merely state that as the
note is in my notebook, it presumably has some meaning to me (Paragraph 1.) As her remembrance
improves more and more however, she becomes able to recall emotions from the incident with phrases
like she wishes and she wants (Paragraph 2.) These statements create a wistful atmosphere. Didion use
this pathos appeal to establish an emotional connection to her audience. This causes her readers to
experience similar memories. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She asks questions such as, Why did I write it down? or Why do I keep a notebook at all? (Paragraph

effect of this is the reader being more open and willing towards the idea of writing

23. The Historical And Evolutionary Process That Occurred Essay
To fully understand the significance of our historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU s), we
must examine the historical and evolutionary process that occurred in early education. Education
during the colonial period included a strong emphasis on the bible. Leaders wanted students to be able
to read and apply biblical principles. Education was primarily used for ministerial purposes. Another
primary purpose of education during the countries early development was to serve as a means of
distinguishing class among its citizens. Although most educational concepts were influenced by
Eurocentric ideologies, as the colonies gained independence, other aims emerged including providing
a common language, instilling patriotism, developing unity and a common purpose. Early leaders
considered school as a way of protecting the new nation by establishing loyalty. You may recognize
some of the practices are still in place like siting the pledge at the beginning of school. What is
important to note is that education was provided for wealthy White males. Poor people, people of
color, slaves and women were not included in the plans for an educated society. This paper will
describe, the formation of the first Black Colleges, the current state of affairs, and conclude with the
cultural significance of HBCU s. Segregation During the era of slavery in this nation, the education of
slaves was frowned on and often forbidden. By denying Blacks an education, Whites believed they

24. The Effect Of Heat Engines On Energy Essay
An engine is a device, which transforms one form of energy into another form. While transforming
energy from one form to another, the efficiency of conversion plays an important role. Normally, most
of the engines convert thermal energy into mechanical work and therefore they are called heat engines
. Heat engine is a device that transforms the chemical energy of a fuel into thermal energy and utilizes
this thermal energy to perform useful work. Thus, thermal energy is converted to mechanical energy in
a heat engine. Fuel economy of engines is greatly improved from the past and probably continued to
be improved, increased in number of automobiles alone dictate that there will be a great demand for
fuel in the near future. Alternative fuel technology, availability, and use must and will become more
common in the coming decades. However, the use of an alternative fuel decreases the break thermal
efficiency of engines, due to lower calorific values compared to normal petrol fuel. Also due to the
high cost of petroleum products, some countries are developing and trying to use alternative fuels for
vehicles. Internal combustion engines are established as the main power source for the automobile
vehicles. At present emission norms become strict for any IC engine. The main pollutants in SI engine
are CO, UBHC, NOx, etc. from which CO and UBHC are the most harmful component. Since
emissions are byproducts of the combustion process, the main body of petrol engine research is to

that would ignite the Civil War. Tactics that had defeated the armies of the South would then begin to
be used against the Native Americans of the West. In Bleeding Kansas, abolitionists battle for free

North and South unleashes visceral savagery in the West, and leaves behind an army prepared for total

Julia Lovejoy, an antislavery advocate who had recently moved to Kansas, provides some narrative

Sand Creek, Colorado, and George Armstrong Custer s 1868 attack on the banks of the Washita River.
Individual segments, which could be shown separately or safely omitted, tell the stories of: Samuel

A Federal Tax Law comprises of statutory provisions, administrative support and court decisions in

equity and political factors couldn t be ignored while discussing various tax consequences during

Did you know that the average person in this day and age spends nearly 3.9 years of their entire life

uses of what technology has to offer. Not only does it play a key role in most of our lives, but it has
revolutionized the way we actually live. Simply look around you and the chances are you will be
faced with a wide array of different electronic technologies that have taken over the way we live. The
use of modernized technology is something rather new, but it is here to stay for years to come. This
being said, in today s society, we are simply not mentally capable of understanding the true evils of
what the use of technology has in storage for us.
Technology has drastically changed throughout the years. From beginning with simple tools, to the
current creation of mega powered modernized computers capable of endless possibilities and the list
goes on. Whether or not one believes in all this technology is hard to say. But one thing is certain,
technology has and will continue to control our lives for hundreds upon hundreds of years to come
unless we can make a change. But the odds are,we will never change. The problem with technology is
that it makes life so much easier. From contacting someone across the world in a matter of minutes

The main purpose for completing the experiment is to understand bacterial growth. In order for
bacteria to grow effectively, two important factors are required, physical and nutritional. Physical
factors include temperature, pH, osmotic pressure and gaseous requirements1. Bacterial growth is
temperature sensitive. The optimum growth temperature of most species of bacteria is at body
temperature, approximately 37 ᵒC, while some bacteria reproduce best at high temperatures 2. Some of
the nutritional requirements are sources of carbon and nitrogen, water, minerals, vitamins, and organic

RE: Techniques to Consider
Your desire to start your own business is admirable. Dale Carnegie s How to Win Friends and

techniques when cultivating your skills as a business owner.
What s in it for them?
Many times, people only care about how they will be benefitting in any situation. Because of this,
business owners always need to think about what their employees or consumers will be getting out of
any transaction. This is the most effective way to win them over. Business owners need to clearly
illustrate the benefits for those who have their company in consideration. According to Dale Carnegie,
he was once approached by the company that owns the grand ballroom that he lectures in. The
company said that they were going to be charging Carnegie at a higher price. Rather than speaking
from his own experience, Carnegie explained to the company how charging him more would actually
be detrimental to their company. By only speaking calmly about the company and not himself, he was
able to effectively convince the company not to overcharge him.
In my personal life, if I ever want to convince someone to do what I desire, I always lay out how it
would benefit them. When I want my friends to accompany me to places that they have no desire to go
to, I try to illustrate the

Reconstruction in America was a time designated towards rebuilding the South both physically and

What I think about Hypnosis is that it is fake. These are the reasons why I think that Hypnosis is fake.
One reason is that if someone let s just say, tells you to act like a chicken while they hypnotize you,
you are probably not going to act like a chicken, but there is a chance that you could act like a
chicken. One of the reasons I think that hypnosis is fake is because like there is proof that is real buts
like what if behind the scenes they tell each other what they are going to say and stuff and then they
say bark like a dog so the person just barks like a dog. But if it was real because there are ways like

Also, it s a fact that not everyone is susceptible to hypnosis. Some people seem to possess a trait called
hypnotizability that, like other traits, varies greatly among individuals. To be successfully hypnotized,
a person must want to undergo the process voluntarily and also possess at least a moderate degree of
hypnotizability. Even highly hypnotizable people may not benefit from hypnotherapy, and a single
session of hypnosis usually does not produce lasting results. Often, a person will have to undergo a
series of hypnotic procedures to reinforce whatever constructive suggestions may be given. The most
frequent clinical uses of hypnosis include: breaking bad habits, overcoming insomnia, recalling
forgotten experiences, and as an anesthetic for managing pain. You can easily test the benefits of self
hypnosis. Simply sit or lie down and get comfortable in a quiet setting. Then, close your eyes and take

The story of Thomas McLaughlin and Brandon Ryan is of a path that suddenly diverged with a roll of

there was also the possibility that Mr. Ryan would not benefit from PLX4032, which in effect would
have delayed the study as the principals of a randomized controlled trial would have been
compromised.
By maintaining Mr. Ryan in the control group and withholding PLX4032, we realize that this decision
would only cause Mr. Ryan to suffer, and to die prematurely. Despite dacarbazine being one of the few
FDA approved chemotherapy drugs, and thereby labeled the standard form of care in the treatment of
metastatic melanoma for over 3 decades, we see that historically this intervention has proven to be
ineffective (Bhatia, Tykodi, Thompson, 2009). Through a pooled analysis, research indicates that this
drug has only a 15.3% objective response rate, with only 2% of patients living past 6 years (Bhatia et.
al., 2009). Likewise, the side effects implicated with toxic treatment are inevitable with dacarbazine,
so subjecting Mr. Ryan to this regimen of treatment causes needless suffering. Even doctors involved
in the study, including Dr. Keith Flaherty of Massachusetts General Hospital, have expressed their
hatred toward dacarbazine by stating that they would prefer to never give a dose again in their life, and
by lobbying for chemotherapy patients worsening in the trial to be positioned in a new trial headed by

aerospace industry (Davies 2001). The development of technology in sandwich construction is driven
by special demand of the shell of spacecraft or aircraft, which is light in weight yet strong enough to

39. Designing The Efficient Scheduling Methods For Real Time...
Abstract In this research we are presenting the problem of designing the efficient scheduling methods
for real time systems. The real time scheduling problem is nothing but the scheduling problem in
which QoS requirements should be satisfied along with task scheduling. The main objective of
scheduling problem is designing the time and QoS efficient scheduling algorithm to schedule tasks
optimally those are waiting to be served. We presented the literature study on different existing
scheduling policies with its limitations. Therefore in this research, we are presenting new Dynamic
Multilevel Priority (DMP) method of scheduling policy for RTS. As the name indicates, this method
works dynamically and as per the requirement of task scheduling. DMP algorithm is designed with
three different queues of tasks/demands scheduling based on nature of tasks. In first queue,
security/urgency related demands should be proceed with highest priority, in second queue with
second highest priority, regular demands should be proceed, while last queue is used to serve local non
real time demands. In first queue, real time packets processed with highest priority. Thus this
scheduling policy does not hold any demand for longer waiting period and hence improves the overall
QoS performance of RTSs. The practical evaluation of proposed methodology is done by using
UPPAAL tool. We have considered train gate example for evaluation of proposed scheduling policy.

41. Bottled Water And Drinking Water Essay
We must drink enough fluids for a creature or human to live and grow. Even though some people may
need coke and soda in their personal life, many people have many opportunities to drink water, which
is the closest and cheapest fluid. We can drink water in two kinds of ways, bottled water and tap water.
Some recent articles recommend choosing tap water for several reasons, even though the
investigations of the two kinds of water praised bottled water as better water for us than tap water until
a little while ago. Which one is better for us? Both bottled water and tap water are the same water just
by looking at them; however, each of one has its merits and demerits regarding health risk, price,
environmental impact, and source of water.
The first comparison is health risk. The organizations regulating tap water and bottled water are
different and the rules for bottled water are generally less strict than tap water rules. The
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has the authority to monitor all public water systems and sets
enforceable health standards regarding the contaminants in drinking water. When drinking water
leaves a treatment plant on its way to your house, it must meet strict safety standards. That doesn t
mean that your water is free of all contaminants, but that the levels of any contaminants don t pose any
serious health risk. (WebMD, LLC. 2014). Also, BERKELEY WELLNESS writes, city water is
regulated and screened 100 times a month. (BERKELEY WELLNESS); On the

42. Hair Style Analysis
An article about the hairstyles that will be in mold amid 2017 and will replace the hairdos that were in
form amid the extremely in vogue 2017. In the event that 2017 was a period for in vogue locks, then
2017 guarantees to be considerably trendier. 2017 was the age of the colossal re innovation when old
styles were repeated with more noteworthy creative energy. The essential styles were clearly from the
late 60s and the 70s. All could see that the motivation behind the styles lay solidly at the entryways of
the great old days. However, each new style had that small something a sizzling punch that gave the

There are some simple approaches to get this look. After a shower, pat dries your hair. Toweling will
ruin the impact. Take after this with some finger waving. Stick twisting will likewise accomplish this
impact. Great vintage adornments like rhinestones and plumes will finish the look. Ostrich plumes
will be an anger in the coming year. The popular 80s: The 70 s have worn themselves off with the
entire Nonconformist/disco watch at last diminishing. Presently, the time has come to shake with the
time of debauchery, as the 80s are regularly called. Straight is out and creases are in. Greater
development, short layering styles and tousled, wind blown look. Ponytails are a positive no no . Keep
a sharp eye for brilliantly shaded sweatshirts, decreasing pants, and spiky stilettos. Junky adornments
is another 80s enthusiasm. The Beatles renewed: The mod haircut of the 60s has returned a major way.
This new form is shorter, with more surface in the crown, and limit blasts that nearly touch the

43. Brock Turner s Lack Of Justice
Imagine walking down the street at night alone and all of the sudden being taken and raped or
murdered. How would the victim or the family of one of the victims feel if the rapist or murderer was
not sentenced to enough jail time to serve him justice? Seeing him again could induce fear, panic, or
anxiety. The family would have no say in what comes from a release trial. Imagine the family of the
victim seeing him a couple of months later because he was let out early. They would constantly feel
uneasy and unsafe because this monster is out and roaming the streets again. This is the gut wrenching
reality of the justice system today. Many rapists and murderers are not serving full or proper sentences
because of good behavior, lenient judges, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There have been many recent cases coming from early releases and a lack of jail time served. Good
behavior release is not appropriate because criminals receive too much time off just to commit the
crime again; the proper solution would be to limit this on a federal level. A lenient judge makes it
unfair to those who are properly sentenced because other get off with basically a slap on the wrist;
making a minimum sentence for all who are found guilty of rape or murder would help keep it fair for
everyone and ensure they serve a proper sentence. Letting criminals not serve jail time because of an
insanity plea is just a way for them to avoid serving their time; if a person uses insanity defense, they
should be required to get brain scans, and they should serve their jail time with a rehabilitation plan
after they are let out. As it is best said in the Telegraph, rape victims receive life sentences for the
crimes against them. The victims and their families have to deal with this for the rest of their lives,
when sometimes, the murderers or rapists only deal with it for a few years. They are then free to go,
and they could go commit the same crimes

44. My Favorite Movies
Whenever I was dealing with any stress or problems, I would go to the movie theatre and sit down and
immerse myself in a two hour long film. And all of a sudden all my problems were not an issue. It s
like if the smell of fresh popcorn, sweet candy, and thirst quenching soda was a doctor s
recommendation. The sound of crowds waiting eager to see an upcoming flick they ve been anxious
about pleased my ears; this atmosphere of innocence and joy caused me to make this theatre my safe
haven. I always found it fascinating how long it takes for movies to be made, so at the end of every
movie I had an itch that said you can do that too. Then after watching an abundance of movies I
finally scratched what I had felt. It was the beginning itch to become a filmmaker. This was in my 8th
grade year and I initially thought this must be a phase, because my mom said so. At the time I had no
equipment ,no knowledge of how cameras or editing actually work, so maybe my mom was right,
maybe it was all phase. Like I had said going to the movies was almost like a routine. Most of the
movies I watched were made with computer generated imagery, green screens, or a budget so big it
made your jaw drop. However this caused me to think how were movies made twenty or even thirty
years ago. This began the love of watching 80 s movies. E.T. , Breakfast Club, and Back to the Future,
sparked the thought I don t need high budgets to make memorable movies. Yet, it wasn t till watching
a film made in 1986

45. John Locke Freedom Analysis
John Locke was one of the first philosophers out of many who protested about government not giving
the people the freedom that they deserve. As we know Locke and Hobbes are great thinkers, however
they had divergent belief in the way they see the human. Throughout Locke s life, he had various
sublime ideas which tells that the power of monarchy (Kings) and monarchs should be limited and
they should respect the rights of their citizens. Locke s implicitly refuted the idea that Kings rule
people according to the divine right, and defended that the human being should have the natural rights.
For Locke s believes people deserve freedom, though there were rules that was implemented, it
shouldn t be strict to have an order society. An example in a class, having a terror professor will gives
nervous breakdown feeling to student because of being very strict rule. Then result, some of the
students will be afraid to give their opinion freely, or some might drop their subjects to this professor.
So how can this professor produce a very organized and productive class if his/her students were
frightened by his strict rules. Unlike having a professor who have minimize rules but got sense of
humor the students will feel at ease to share their ideas and they will be courage to pursue more their
studies for better future. Locke also says that if the monarchy or the government fails to resect people
s natural rights the people are allowed throw away the people who are responsible for

REMARKS/ ANALYSIS
In the 1st part of the experiment, Magnetics fields of Magnets with different orientations were
observed. For its first subpart A. Like poles of bar Magnets, the magnetic fields are attracted to their
opposite poles, thus it is shown that the magnets repel each other. For the next subpart B. Unlike poles
of bar Magnets. The magnetic field lines of the North pole is attracted to the South pole. This is why
in the figure, it can be seen that the two magnets are seeking each other. For subpart C. Two U
magnets with their unlike poles facing each other, it can be observed that the magnetic field lines are
thicker because the poles of a U magnet are closer to each other than a bar magnet. For the last subpart

It is usually represented by a combination of loops that leave the N pole and enter the S pole. These
loops are called the magnetic flux. When a charge moves in an electric field, it will experience an
electrostatic force given by an equation F=qE. Also, when a charge enters a magnetic field B, a
magnetic force is exerted. F=qv*B. If the charge moves in a wire, with length L, the force can be
represented as F=ILBsin(theta). In the experiment, we were able to study the nature of the magnetic
fields around the poles of magnets which helps me understand more about the concept of magnetic
fields. We also determined the magnitude of magnetic force on a current carrying wire. We found out
that these variables are directly proportional to each other. Lastly, we also study the nature of the
relationships between magnetic force and magnetic field, current, length and orientation of current
carrying wires. After the experiment, we were able to fully grasp the theories, concepts and principles
relating to magnetism. As an application of the experiment, magnets in medicinal area is used and
somehow very effective. It is used without any medicines. It can stimulate the nerves in the body to
increase the circulation of blood. Doctors frequently use this to cure ailments such as gout, arthritis
and other pains with respect to the nervous

47. Wide Open Spaces Rhetorical Analysis
Transcendentalism is to understand who oneself is by having confidence, free thought, and self
reliance. It is to isolate themselves from society and find themselves through nature, to find what they
want and who they are. They must have self reliance and leave the people they know, and isolate
themselves from society, so they will not be told who they are or who they should be. Going into
nature without the luxuries and only the essentials, confidence is imperative. They have to be
confident in themselves to know they can survive on their own. Free thought is also crucial because
they need to be able to live a simple life and explore new ways to live, while enjoying every second of
it and making everything they do meaningful to them. Thoreau ... Show more content on

Living without texting, calling, and social media while trying to find themselves is essential because a
transcendentalist excludes themselves from the outside world and what is going on in society.
Transcendentalists believe that they have enough. They don t need nice items, as long as it works, then
it is good enough for them. Three meals are not necessary. People tell one to eat three meals a day, but
through a transcendentalists view point, one should only eat when they are hungry, and when it is
necessary. Thoreau emphasizes simplicity in life by saying, Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity! I say, let
your affairs be as two or three, and not a hundred or a thousand; instead of a million count half a
dozen, and keep your accounts on your thumbnail. (Thoreau 772). He declares to keep everything to a
minimal. For example, there is no reason to have many accounts, so just keep a few. Living through
simplicity, is how transcendentalist live, and is how one will achieve their goals, and find
