Bad Day by Daniel Poster has been a song that has influenced my life since I can remember. It is
really the first song that i remember hearing from my child hood. Every time it came on the
radio me and my mom blasted it. The song goes through the motion in a third person narrative of
someone having a bad day. I remembered during my childhood when I was having a bad day I
would blast this song and it would make me in a better mood. It really begin the foundation of
music for me. This song spoke volumes to me and it would instantly change my mood when I
heard it. Now when I hear it I instantly am drawn to memories of me and my mother blasting it.

LPS has a structure based on three main components: Lipid A, that is the hydrophobic part, an R
polysaccharide and an O polysaccharide (or O antigen). Consequently, it has both hydrophilic and
