To understand how MRSA works against antibiotics, we must first look at the cell wall and how
antibiotics work. The cell wall is designed to maintain the cell s shape and to keep the inner workings

fit into two major categories: gram positive and gram negative. Staphylococcus aureas is a common
example of a gram positive bacteria. Gram positive bacteria is made up of polymer layers of

Nacetylglucosamine and N acetyl muraminic acid, or for the purpose of convenience,
NAG and NAMA. [6] These layers of polymers are cross linked with amino acids as shown in the

enlightenment is the disenchantment of the world. They also say that the enlightenment wanted to

Does wisdom necessarily result in the living of a good life?
Introduction: Wisdom is generally thought of as a certain set of knowledge which inevitably results in
the person who has it living a good life. This is because a wise person is both someone who knows the
correct things, knows how to rationally implement them and succeeds at doing so. However, is it true
that this inevitably leads the person with these traits living a good life?
Thesis: I argue that wisdom is a mixture of practical knowledge and abstract knowledge where a
person is capable of and succeeds at applying these ideas in a rational way that results in a good life.
Argument: In order to be truly wise it seems clear that a person must know the universe and their
place in it. As such extensive knowledge is necessary. However, they must also have extensive
knowledge of their own life and therefore must be expert in the proper way of applying this
knowledge and will therefore live well. Such a person s knowledge will also make it clear to them the
inherent value of living well, and would therefore have to desire it as well as know how to attain it

For most of my life I have enjoyed being on stage and performing live theatre for the enjoyment of
others. But recently, I have been debating whether or not this activity can be more than just fun. Could
