績效評估的方法介紹
•The twomethods of evaluating performance suffer from limitations:
–(1) in a ratio analysis, such as an analysis of the click-through-rate, attitude measurement, using a different output index may yield different performance results;
–and (2) the use of regression models is limited by the need for the chosen model to fit well with the DMU that is being evaluated and by the inability of the model to provide suggestions for improvement (Coelli, 1995).
