This document provides an overview of a workshop on leading successful transformational change. The workshop will take place from May 19-23, 2014 and be led by Richard Hudson, Jim Wright, and Brit Nanna from Evans Incorporated. The workshop will help participants manage the transformative change associated with introducing a new government resource planning solution. It will involve analyzing a scenario in small groups in Part 1 and recommending change tactics to mitigate identified risks in Part 2. Participants will have 45 minutes for Part 1 and 30 minutes for Part 2, followed by 3 minute summary presentations from each group.
