This document compares the soil-structure interaction of regular and irregular buildings with different floor levels and soil strata through equivalent static analysis. Six models are analyzed: regular and irregular ground floor buildings (Models 1-2), regular and irregular (G+2) buildings (Models 3-4), and regular and irregular (G+4) buildings (Models 5-6). The results show greater displacement and Von Mises stress in irregular buildings compared to regular buildings. Displacement and stress values increase with increasing building height. Different soil layers produce different deformation values, with soil properties influencing structural performance. The study concludes soil-structure interaction significantly impacts structural response and must be considered in design.
