The goals are a personal investment of my time, commitment, and effort in planning for my future.
My goals represent a clear path with a timeframe to achieve my goals, such as completing my
bachelor s degree, attending workshops for advancing my technological skills, and obtaining a higher
level position in my current workplace or finding new employment. My first goal is to register and
complete the five remaining courses to receive my bachelor s degree in management and leadership by
August 1, 2017. I have met with my academic advisor to formulate a plan for completing all five

Thyroid Disease Research Paper
This disease is something that affects my everyday life and makes my normal routine very hard. My
family at least my main family that is almost every single one of us has thyroid. We are a family of 13
6 girls and 4 boys counting my parents that s 13 right now I think only two of my siblings don t have it
but are close to getting it. Often times, I find myself depressed and tired. More symptoms are pain in
your joints, impaired memory, irregular periods; cold, weakness and a puffy face there are many more

I had a lot of stress because when I was younger I had very bad psoriasis but I was very consistent and
stayed on top of taking my medicine but even with that I still had some psoriasis left. I wasn t able to
wear the clothing that I wear now but I used to always have to cover up and sometimes even when it
was dead hot in the summer I would be covered up because I didn t want to be picked on for my
psoriasis. There were times where I couldn t always be covered up and people would either ask me
