Verbal communication is used for meetings and conversations, allowing for instant feedback. Written information is distributed through letters, emails, and memos when gathering people is not possible or to have a written record. Onscreen information, like PowerPoints, are commonly used for teaching with both visuals and verbal explanations, and can be uploaded online for students to review. Multimedia combines multiple media types for teaching purposes, like using videos. Web-based information through research online can provide evidence for essays, but some sites have incorrect or dangerous information. The school uses an e-portal for administrative functions like taking attendance
