The financial impact assessment
This measures the extent and severity of the organization’s financial losses.
The following scale is recommended:
● Severity level 0: No impact
● Severity level 1: Minor impact
● Severity Level 2: Intermediate level
● Severity level 3: Major impact
Operational impact assessment
The operational impact assessment measures the negative impact of a disruptive
event on various aspects of business operations related to issues such as
customer satisfaction, cash flow, profitability, and image.
Scale: None, Low, Moderate, High
None =0
Low=1
Moderate=2
High=3
Prioritize activities on the basis of criticality
Critical Assets  Critical IT systems 
and applications 
Vulnerability in the system 
Data Centers They are critical because of they
are used to store the data
If it falls down they will not be
able to work at great extent.
Operational Run Books They are the online ledgers which
allow them to store transactions
If they are not there then it will
not a big problem and they can
survive.
Hosting Servers They also provide the storage of
data to other companies
If these get down they can suffer
from losing a client.
CI-CD Platform The platform that allows the
making of interaction between
various servers
If this gets down it would be a
situation where changes or
interaction between the clients
and company would get abrupted.
Application The application that they make as
a software
If they get down they can lose a
client.
AWS, Google Server The services that are used by
them for storing data
They have options for other
servers too.
Multi-Server The servers which allow them to
work for other companies storage
This can make them lose the
interaction between the servers
Vendors They are the clients which
approach them through any means
This can create in the lose of the
clients or the support system of a
making of the application.
