Business intelligence tools like Socialbakers are used to analyze data from platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to compare user interactions and posting frequencies between the two companies. The results found that Zomato was significantly ahead of Swiggy in terms of social media followers and interactions. Business intelligence can help optimize marketing campaigns and make better business decisions by analyzing user data.
