Big Data has become a virtual buzz word in this industry, there can be some eye-rolling accompanying its
use.

Reporting refers to the use of various technologies and tools to collect and analyze business data which is
also known as the Business Intelligence. The main purpose of BI is to provide companies with useful
information and analysis to aid decision-making.
Both AI and BI have key, and in some cases overlapping, enterprise applications
[Business Intelligence] doesn’t tell you what to do; it tells you what was and what is.”
BI tools which are used for reporting can turn great amount of noisy data into a coherent picture, but
they are not designed to provide clear prescriptions for how that data should be used in decision-making.
How Socialbakers work?
● It is a business intelligence tools
● It takes the data from the various platforms like facebook, twitter, youtube and gives a intelligent
output in the form of graphs
● We have to create a dashboard and add necessary widget to it
● We have to give a processed data in the format of xlx/csv
● On the basis of input data it provides an intelligent output in the form of graphs
● We can also compare two different firms in this platform

● It is found that zomato is way ahead if swiggy say in terms of followers
● Average interaction per tweet for swiggy is 704 while for zomato it was 58 as on nov 04 2019
● No of tweets made by swiggy is 60 whereas zomato tweeted just 2 times
● Average tweets made by swiggy is 2 per day and by zomato is .07 per day
Conclusion
● It is found that using BI we can analyze the data if any firm and use it in any other platform for
fetching more users
● We can optimize our campaign depending upon the output obtained by BI
● BI is highly useful during the festive seasons as i could show the peak achieved by the firm
● We can make better business decisions using BI
● BI is used for improving customer satisfaction
