Optical image stabilization (OIS) is an effective solution that addresses the quality of images, and is an idea that has been around for at least 30 years. It has only recently made its way into the low-cost consumer camera market, and will soon be migrating to the higher end camera phones. This paper provides an overview of common design practices and considerations for optical image stabilization and how silicon-based MEMS dual-axis gyroscopes with their size, cost and performance advantages are enabling this vital function for image capturing devices

India's greatest threat is the safety of its women. Women do not feel safe in a variety of situations. This needs to be addressed as quickly as feasible. Technology evolves and develops on a daily basis, affecting how people live. As a result, the focus of this article is on modernising the technological framework in order to strengthen women's safety mechanisms. We introduce a new security method in this study to protect women during unusual behaviours. A new security technique based on a patrolling robot using the Raspberry Pi has been proposed. In this case, a night vision camera can be employed to secure any location. Various machine learning methods are applied to improve the classifier's accuracy. The findings suggest that the suggested method outperforms existing methods.

research works implement some travel aids. The proposed techniques are mostly based on the use of a
white cane. This work introduces an electronic white cane based on sensors' technology. The proposed
electronic cane helps its user to detect obstacles within two meters on the ground or in height. Once the
obstacle is detected, the system sends vocal instructions via a Bluetooth headset to alert the person
concerned. The ultrasonic and infrared sensors have been mounted on the white cane in order to provide it
with the necessary intelligence. A raspberry pi performs the processing of the data. The proposed system
also suggests using a mobile application to track the visually impaired in real-time. This application has a
function that allows you to trace the visual patient's route. This is important to detect the possible cause of
damage to patients during their travels. We use Python as programming language for electronic devices.

and NodeJs. The system is implemented and tested. The result shows the efficacity of the proposed system.

Third Eye for Blind using Ultrasonic Sensor Vibrator Gloveijtsrd
The primary goal of the project is to enable blind people to use an RF remote to find their gloves. This system gives visually impaired individuals walking exceptional security by incorporating a siren and attaching many sensors. Nowadays, individuals prioritize their safety above all else when they are driving, walking, or otherwise moving around. With the help of this system, we can track a blind persons whereabouts using a mobile device and receive emergency alert messages with their precise location. The technology also provides excellent security and shows them how to walk. The system has sensors for stair detection, soil detection, and obstacle recognition so that it may automatically identify impediments and deliver alerts. Using a soil moisture detector is used to find alerts in line with soil moisture levels. So that people may see the proper path while walking on the floor, stairs, and in many other locations, this approach can be very helpful. When an emergency arises, the system can be connected to a microcontroller and notify the appropriate people. A GPS receiver, a microcontroller, and a GSM modem are the components of this tracking system. Design and implementation of smart guided glass for visually impaired peopleIJECEIAES
The objective of this paper is to develop an innovative microprocessor-based sensible glass for those who are square measure visually impaired. Among all existing devices in the market, one can help blind people by giving a buzzer sound when detecting an object. There are no devices that can provide object, hole, and barrier information associated with distance, family member, and safety information in a single device. Our proposed guiding glass provides all that necessary information to the blind person’s ears as audio instructions. The proposed system relies on Raspberry pi three model B, Pi camera, and NEO-6M global positioning system (GPS) module. We use TensorFlow and faster region-based convolutional neural network (R-CNN) approach for detection of objects and recognition of family members of the blind man. This system provides voice information through headphones to the ears of the blind person, and facile the blind individual to gain independence and freedom within the indoor and outdoor atmosphere.

The loss of vision restrained the visually impaired people from performing their daily task. This issue has impeded their free-movement and turned them into dependent a person. People in this sector did not face technologies revamping their situations. With the advent of computer vision, artificial intelligence, the situation improved to a great extent. The propounded design is an implementation of a wearable device which is capable of performing a lot of features. It is employed to provide visual instinct by recognizing objects, identifying the face of choices. The device runs a pre-trained model to classify common objects from household items to automobiles items. Optical character recognition and Google translate were executed to read any text from image and convert speech of the user to text respectively. Besides, the user can search for an interesting topic by the command in the form of speech. Additionally, ultrasonic sensors were kept fixed at three positions to sense the obstacle during navigation. The display attached help in communication with deaf person and GPS and GSM module aid in tracing the user. All these features run by voice commands which are passed through the microphone of any earphone. The visual input is received through the camera and the computation task is processed in the raspberry pi board. However, the device seemed to be effective during the test and validation.

In this paper, few methods of aiding and guiding visually impaired persons are presented. They are analyzed and studied thoroughly. Some commercially available systems help in aiding people with disabilities of seeing and give information refereeing to the location of the users. We propose an intelligent” stick equipped with an ultrasonic sensor that takes information about the environment. This information is processed and is delivered to the handle stick and thus can be interpreted by the users. The stick will produce beeping sound with varying speed according to the distances of obstacles. This stick will provide assists to visually impaired persons by providing informations related to obstacles distances. This device was tested with blind persons and results are presented.

The prime objective is “to spot the state of the art in chatbot usability and applied human-computer interaction methodologies, to research the way to assess chatbots usability". Two sorts of chatbots are formulated, one with and one without personalisation factors. the planning of this research may be a two-by-two factorial design. The independent variables are the two chatbots (unpersonalised versus personalised) and thus the speci?c task or goal the user are ready to do with the chatbot within the ?nancial ?eld (a simple versus a posh task). The results are that there was no noteworthy interaction effect between personalisation and task on the user experience of chatbots. III. METHODOLOGY
3.1 WORKING OF THE SYSTEM

The 5-volt DC supply is given to microcontroller AT89S52 and all the sensor for supply voltage. The input
components of microcontroller is ultrasonic sensor, water sensor, accelerometer, IR flame sensor, GPS neo6 and
output components of microcontroller is LCD 16 x2 display, Buzzer, Audio Player and GSM 800C, Vibrator.
The microcontroller are provided the instructions through programme. Then the input sensors sense and the logic
is provided to microcontroller, then microcontroller will send the output from according to desired programme to
output components, which is LCD display, audio player, buzzer, vibrator gsm sim.
