There are three types - cutaneous anthrax causes skin lesions, pulmonary anthrax causes breathing problems, and intestinal anthrax is from eating infected meat. Brucellosis is caused by bacteria that infect various animals. It can infect humans through contact with infected animals or ingesting unpasteurized milk. Symptoms can include fever, body aches, fatigue and enlarged spleen or liver. Occupations at risk include veterinarians, farmers and dairy workers. Treatment involves antibiotics like tetracycline, doxycycline and streptomycin.
