This document analyzes a class of 7th grade students and outlines a lesson plan to teach them to solve basic algebraic equations with the assistance of a curriculum bot. The class consists of 20 students, most of whom are white, with some African American and Hispanic students. A few have ADHD. The plan is to have students complete worksheets accurately solving algebraic equations with the bot's help over three days. Materials include a smartboard, curriculum bot, and worksheets. Students will take notes, use the bot for steps, and have access to worksheets and videos online for help. The teacher will evaluate how helpful the bot was, if students helped each other learn, and the relevance of online materials.
