access It is very important to answer each and every query of a
student to keep him/her interested in the subject.
Each student will get 24X7 access to query box through
mobile app for clarification of any doubts regarding coding.
Experts and teachers will be answering queries raised by
students.

12. Flexible Course
Duration
• Flexible Course Duration : Standard Course duration is 4
months with 8 sessions in a month; however, considering
the school implementation, pre-decided breaks will be
given to accommodate exams, holidays and other
engagements.
With flexi schedule, course can be completed in minimum
4 months and maximum 10 months by adjusting number
of sessions per month.

1. Students will be attending the coding sessions from school computer lab in
presence of school teacher (or from home as per school’s decision during
pandemic period)
2. Birla Brainiacs instructor will be live on webinar, accessible to all students on
mobile, laptop, tablet or computer.
3. As school teacher will be connected to Brainiacs instructor on video
conferencing during the session, any student from the class can approach the
Brainiacs instructor through his/her school teacher.
4. Students can also directly chat with Brainiacs instructor if students are not
attending class from school.
5. To ensure interactivity there will be 4-10 assistant instructors to answer live
queries of students apart from one main instructor for teaching.
6. Using the query box students can get their doubts clarified after the session
also.

15. Personalised
Option
1. Students also have the option to join Birla Brainiacs Coding classes in small
batch size of 5, 10 or 20 students. These batches will be directly taught by
Birla Brainiacs instructors.
2. School teachers will not be required for these personalised sessions.

16. FAQs
Q1. What if the school doesn’t have any computer teacher.
Answer. In such a situation, any teacher can play the role of facilitator or one of
the students can also play the role of facilitator to coordinate with the Birla
Brainiacs instructor.
Q2. What if the school doesn’t have enough computers in the lab; can we ask 2
or more students to join from one computer?
Answer. Every student gets personal access to content, test, query box, and
reference material on his/her mobile app; however, to practice coding,
students can share computers in the lab.
Q3. Do all computers in the school lab need internet and a speaker?
Answer. Yes, internet is required on all computers and speaker in at least one
computer in the lab.
