- 3. What would happen if there is no Anxiety at all: 1. There would be no efforts done by the student to excel in their study . 2.The employees would also not do their best as they are not anxious about their promotion and recognition. 3.No health precautions would be taken. 4.There would be no discipline in life and many others things.
- 4. What motivates us to excel is Anxiety. The important consideration is Level of Anxiety that makes a difference. Which level of Anxiety acts as Push factor.

- 6. So Its Optimum Level or Average level of Anxiety that acts as Push Mechanism or Motivator in the lives of individual. Anxiety becomes harmful when it interferes with your daily functioning or when it becomes Anxiety Disorder.
