Randstad India Pvt Ltd As Assistant Manager –HR Operations
From September 2014 till Now
Reporting to- Manager HR, Bharti Infratel Ltd and Branch Manager, Randstad India
Location- Indore
Randstad India Ltd is world’s second largest HR Service provider. We provide manpower solutions like
temporary staffing, general staffing, consultancy and executive search. I am working in the vertical
general staffing wherein we handle the process of HR outsourced to us. Currently I am responsible for the
process of Bharti Infratel Ltd, MPCG circle. We operate at 9 zones in MPCG with 600 employee base.
My key responsibility involves client satisfaction and employee satisfaction. In order to achieve both the
given functions are performed:
Operational aspect:
 Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, contract labor act and minimum wages act, labour license is
strictly adhered,
 Working on both Oracle (Bharti) and SAP (Randstad) platforms for managing database.
 Salary attendance payroll cycle to be adhered to as per the SLA defined by the contract between
Bharti Infratel and Randstad India. Performance management and appraisals conducted on
yearly basis.
 MIS reports and dashboard are maintained in order to keep track of the work being done.
 Responsible for employee engagement programs, one to one meeting with the employees at
field.
 Complete life cycle of HR from manpower planning, recruitment with defined TAT, onboarding,
payroll, and employee grievance addressal, disciplinary actions till the exit of employee
 Coordination with the client’s managers in manpower planning and understand the requirement.
Commercial aspect:
 Ensure that all the financial transactions occur with accuracy and smoothness.
 Salary, reimbursement and disbursements to be made on time to employees and are invoiced to
the client
 Raising the invoice, follow-up on the invoices and monitoring the financial transaction closely with
both my client and the Company
 Ensuring the payment is made on time by the client as per the DSO defined in the contract
Major Achievements:
 Recovery of INR 1 crore within 3 months of joining
 Bringing down the escalations to zero within 2 months of joining
 100 percent adherence to the SLA
 Maximum number of employee engagement programs at the remotest locations
 Successfully conducted ID card and ESIC drive in MPCG singlehandedly
 Being part of the idea generation team of client for bringing cultural change
Adecco India Pvt Ltd As HR Associate for Bharti Infratel Ltd
From April 2014 to August 2014
Reporting to- Manager HR, Bharti Infratel Ltd
Location- Indore
Handled process of Bharti Infratel for four zones in MP viz., Bhopal, Guna Gwalior and Sagar. The HR
operations included entire gamut of HR from attendance and salary preparation to employee satisfaction
as per the SLA agreed with Bharti Infratel Ltd.
Ruchi Group of Industries Ltd (Steel Division) As Senior Executive-Corporate HR
From - Sep 2008 onwards
Reporting to- GM-Corporate HR
Location- Indore
Job Profile-
Corporate HR is the nodal agency among four companies under the same management which directly
reports to Managing Director and addresses issues at corporate level, the foundation of this department
was laid by me. After 2 years of its start, GM (Corporate HR) joined this department. We look after the
secondary functions of HR such as T&D, strategic recruitment, HRD, change and development,
organization development and employee welfare programs. We have two Steel, one IT and o ne
Commodity Company under our jurisdiction.
I also serve the company as consultant Psychologist. In this capacity I conduct psychometric test during
recruitment and before counseling the employees. Given is the detailed job profile.
1. T raining and development
● Training need identification for four companies, This system is developed my me.
● Preparation of budget for the coming year and analysis of expenses occurred in last year.
● Prepare training guideline for the companies for the current year.
● Prepare monthly and annual report of training which is sent to all Company Heads and Managing
Director.
● Prepare training calendar comprising of “on the job trainings”, “off the job trainings”, in-house
trainings” and “advance training programs”.
● Maintaining the data of trainings taking place at 6 different locations across India.
● Organizing the training sessions of the internal and external trainers.
● Coordination with Plant HRs and Company HRs to organize in-house training programs and
monthly report generation which is then sent to management.
● Organize on-the-site training programs for 4 different companies and 6 locations including 2 plants
at Gandhidham and Ghatabillod.
● Search new trainer and training companies, handle negotiation on the commercials and payment
reconciliation of these vendors.
● Preparation of all related documents of training and ensure all supporting documents are ready
before the training commences
● Post training evaluation (quantitative) and maintenance of training related documents.
2. Corporate HR
● Prepare policy and programs in coordination with various departmental heads and company heads.
● Updation and maintenance of HR Policy books and ensure their implementation. We conduct
surveys for this purpose.
● Guide Company HR whenever there are issues related to implication of policy.
● Corporate communication which includes different circulars and posters on various new
developments in the Group, list of holidays etc.
● Performance management system- play major role in designing appraisal forms, printing of
appraisal forms, designing the procedure of appraisal, coordinate in appraisal of higher
management.
● SPOC for various employee development activities, new programs introduced in HR at different
times
● Single window of communication for consultants and outside agencies like job portals, recruitment
consultants, management consultants.
● Monitor the internal software and websites of companies under my jurisdiction.
3. Generalist HR functions: Day to day HR operations such as PF, ESIC, group medical insurance,
induction of employees, maintenance of personnel files, exit formalities, escalating loan and other
applications, analysis of data generated through these activities etc.
4. Organization change and development.
● Introduce changes in the organization. New systems and policies related to general administration
and other departmental specific systems are designed.
● Conducting researches in various companies to prepare the ground for systems.
● Develop MD’s concept, assess its feasibility and implement it into companies.
5. Psychological Assessment.
● Application of Psychometrical tools during recruitment.
● Application of personality test for guiding the managers.
6. Recruitment- The recruitment for four organizations viz.two steel, one commodity and one IT company
is conducted at the central level. The need of these specific positions is generated from the desk of
MD. On the instructions of MD, the positions with specific requirements are fulfilled in coordination
with Personnel dept.
Major Achievements
● New version of Recruitment software developed and implemented
● New site of Ruchi group site is made and implemented
● Designing of Manpower requisition system
● Implemented recruitment software which aimed at maintaining the database of the company
● Use of social and professional media sites for strategic recruitment started
● Developed the system of training and development for 4 companies
● MIS of training and development started this year
● Vendor development for training and development
● Conducted KRA workshop for middle level managers
● Extensive Training program on mailing software was launched ensuring that each employee
undergoes this training
● Successfully organized Foundation Day which had a budget of Rs 3000000, in capacity of Assistant

● Designed appraisal forms and its system in coordination with Consultant
● Coordinated for 360 degree appraisal of chosen top management executives
