Assist in recruitment and selection of national staff.
Training and on boarding of new staff.
Produce monthly payroll (in accordance with OCA salary scales and Internal Regulations)
with respective documentation and overviews for approval and effect payment.
Provide briefings for new staff and arrange relevant documents (ID card, dependent
nominees, EPF declaration, bank a/c details etc) for administration purposes.
Ensure HR policies are properly and transparently communicated to all staff and provide
advice to PC/Expat Log Admin on HR/Finance related matters where required.
Preparing and maintaining house/office rental contracts and other relevant contracts and to
inform the Expat Logistician regarding necessary renewal or cancelation of such contracts
as per pre-defined timelines
Conducting meetings with authorities (EPF, landlords, and banks) related to administrative
matters.
Maintain all leave records (paper and Homère) and provide regular updates to managers as
required and maintain and monitor staff medical expenses reimbursement to ensure limits
are not exceeded
Manage all the details upon dismissal or resignation of a national staff employee to
calculate final payment (withholding tax) and arrange exit interviews with the condidates
leaving MSFH.
Preparing individual staff salary pays slips and monthly staff EPF overview and arranges
monthly EPF deposit for staff.
Creating and maintaining individual national staff files and overviews, including updated
MSF contracts, job descriptions, job evaluations, ID Cards, certificates etc.
Assist Expats on the Performance appraisal/ Evaluation of the national staff using various
appraisal tools and usually done twice in a year.
Perform other HR/ Admin activities as per the MSF guidelines.
