 Develop manpower/resource plan and budget for all activities

(E) Employee Relations :
 Managing welfare measures, team building, etc. to enhance motivation levels and
productivity
 Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and also organizing and
holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action.
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-
employee relations
 Conceptualizing and implementing monthly company Newsletter.
 Organizing Open Houses, Employee Welfare, Development, Recreational and Social Activities
for employee involvement and participation.
(F) Performance Management / Appraisal :
 Determining critical results and performance indicators with employee input and
documenting them on the performance plan Creating and organising a survey for checking
the usage of HR policies & systems (Employee Satisfaction Survey).

 Salary and Wages administration, which includes Salary advice, Overtime, Full & Final
settlement etc
 Attendance & Leave Management.
(I) Liaison.
 Liaison work related with Pollution Dept., Court (Both District & High court), Collectrate (DM
Office, SDM Office, ADM Office and With Other Depts.), PF, ESIC, Labour, Pollution,
Electricity, SIDCUL, Employment office, DIC, Fire & Safety Dept etc.
(J) HR Administration
 All necessary formalities of contractors during new contract and renewal of contract .

 Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support and efficiently
handle contractors, housekeeping /pantry services, Record management and house-keeping ,
laundry services.
 Liaised with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for
AMCs.
