SUPREME INFRASTRUCTURE INDIA LIMITED is a public owned enterprise with registered office near IIT
Powai, Mumbai, India. The company first incorporated under Indian Companies Act 1956 as
Supreme Asphalts Pvt. Ltd. was promoted by Shri Bhawanishankar Sharma with other promoters in
1983. Subsequently the company changed its name to Supreme Infrastructure India Private Limited
in 2002. It has finally become a public limited company by the name Supreme Infrastructure India
Ltd from the year 2005 onwards.
Responsibilities:
• HR Operations for Northern Region
- Handling the entire HR function, operating from northern region that covers Rajasthan,
Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi NCR.
- Manpower planning & recruitment.
- Joining formalities and induction.
- Site visits and employee grievance management.
- Managing the payroll and attendance for the Northern region and coordinating with
HO.
- MIS reporting & employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Handling Recruitments at all the levels in the company.
- Coordinating with Consultants & Recruitment agencies for key positions.
- Develop new consultants in line with the business need and identify potential sources of
recruitment to meet growing resource requirement.
- Pre-screening CV’s, scheduling & Conducting HR Interviews.
- Closing positions within the stipulated period to meet the deadlines.
- Offer negotiations & issuance of Letter of Intent to the selected candidates.
• Orientation & Induction Training
- Completing the joining formalities of the new employees.
- Responsible for conducting the orientation and induction of new employees on board.
- Arranging site visits for the new joinees and their departmental induction.
• HR Analytics
- Preparing MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis to maintain Data Accuracy.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Maintain salary related data of the employees.
- Relationship management with various departments and external organizations ensuring
smooth operations.

- Responsible for other employee recreational activities and employee engagement
activities.
- Organizing various trainings and workshops for the employees within the organization as
well as from external resources too.
- Formulate/ implement increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
- Handling the employee grievances and coming up with the solution.
- Conducting Exit Interviews.
Responsibilities:
• Project based Hiring
- Coordinating with Consultants and Recruitment agencies for various openings in the
company
- Develop new consultants in line with the business need and identify potential sources of
recruitment to meet growing resource requirement
- Pre-screening CV’s, scheduling & Conducting Interviews
- Closing positions within the stipulated period to meet the project deadlines
- Offer negotiations & issuance of appointment letter
• Employee Mobilization
- Liaison with PR Department for processing of work permits and visa applications.
- Ensure their travel & stay arrangement to respective sites.
• HR Analytics
- MIS – Updating Mobilization charts of all the Projects Fortnightly with 100 % Data
Accuracy.
- Maintaining employee records.
• Employee Engagement
- Improve employee motivation and commitment to the company by developing
community feeling (Birthday wishes, Greetings for Diwali, Holi, Eid, and New Year etc.)
• HR Initiative
- Development of Employee Manual & Induction kit.
Work profile includes:
• Headhunting for the right candidates for the right profiles.
• Handle complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources
after identification of manpower requirements
• Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional &
operational areas and conducting selection interviews
• Formulate policies
• Handle activities from employee joining to leaving formalities
• Maintain salary related data of the employees.
• Formulate/ implement increment, incentive and other remuneration policies
• Manage appraisal process across levels and establish framework to substantiate
Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management
