1. Animation Research
Game Animation
This is when somebody animates a game so that they can make
the characters from a game move in a different way than they
are meant to do. This is good for making music parodies and
things like that.

Clay Animation
This is when they take pictures of clay figures and every time
they take a picture they then moves the clay figure a tiny bit
and take another picture and so on. This is also known as stop
motion.

Puppet Animation
This is when they use puppets to show a person/character then
they will film the puppets moving how they want to. Then they
will put it on a computer and smooth the clip out and remove
the strings.

3D Animation
This technique is used to make the cartoon or other thing that
it is used on to make it look more realistic and indulge the
viewer into the programme. This is good to use instead of 2D
animation because you can see more in the programme and it
just looks better.

2. 2D Animation or Flash Animation
This is less superior than 3D animated programme but in many
ways can be funnier and look more comic. There can be equally
as good 2D things as 3D but the one thing 2D has over 3D is
that you can make a 2D programme look sillier and it can make
it better but if you do that with 3D then it just looks cheaper
done.
