This document is Pee Shuqi's digital portfolio from 2022, which introduces herself as a 23-year-old multimedia design student interested in animation and videography. It provides details of her education and skills in 3D animation using Autodesk Maya, videography using Adobe Premiere Pro, and photography. Examples of her success works include a watercolor painting of a tiger, an insect animation, and turning a diorama photo into a 3D model. Contact information like her Behance, email, and LinkedIn are also provided.
2. Hello!
Welcome to my Digital Portfolio.
Please enjoy to look my Digital Portfolio.
This Digital Portfolio is introduction detail of my production work.
3. My name is Pee Shuqi.
A 23 years old female ,
I’m Multimedia design student in
Saito University College.
I’m interest on Animation and
Videography and me is a
design lover and movie lover,
want to understand and
engage in this industry more deeply.

4. My favorite subject is 3D Animation.
I learned more design skills on how
to use Autodesk Maya to control
and shape designs to create new assets/products.

5. To carry out my project
I started with the easy
step (simple and basic control)
first using Maya time slider
to control the ball jumping
animation along the table.
Following that were the medium
steps (more controls skills and
focusing on the shape) by
using Maya to control the
character head, eyes, and body
to jump on the moving table.
Once completed I rendered
using the camera and used
Premiere Pro to combine the
scene with background music.
For the hard step(topic based
design) I used Maya to create
the background; mountain, Sky,
Traffic and etc., character with
color, lamp, controller, shape,
combine skills and merge,
animation, camera shot, and BGM.
6. I was very excited when I finish my production as this was my favorite subject.
When proper lighting is placed the feel of the scene is complete where working in
a 3D space allows us as designers to realize our imaginations.
I put my best efforts into all my works where my showcase would consist mainly
of 3D Animation works. I am eager to start applying my
skills in the workplace by handling real industry based projects.
7. My second favorite subject is Videography.
I learned about Effects Control, color CMY edit,
video trimming, edit speed and music effect by using
Adobe Premiere Pro to create new creative videos.

8. There were 3 projects involved, the first was to edit an original full-length
film into a trailer using Premiere Pro, trimming specific parts to feature.
In Premiere Pro I had to control the features by editing effects, previewing the
video, file settings, and the overall film and sound editing.
The second project required combining
separate videos into a single video;
adding in subtitles when the character
is talking, placing effects when there
is a scene change (black transition,
zoom in or zoom out, and color CMY
effect). The pace of the music also
needed to follow the scene and character.
9. When I'm creating a new video it reminds me of seeing a movie.
This enjoyable activity is something I do during my free time.
To gain feedback and insights I upload my own productions into my online
portfolio to share my passion and works with others, while letting audiences
know about my capability in getting things done.
For the last project we had to
use the camera to take our
own original short video.
10. My third favorite subject is Photography. I picked up shooting
skills, how to use proper angles, and lighting techniques.

11. The photography projects involved shooting any 3 photos of balance and leading
line with camera reference line, taking 5 egg photos with frontal lighting,
backlight, broad lighting, split lighting and short lighting. The final
project was Flatlay photography where we used our own neatly arranged materials,
checked the lighting angle, balance, and took the shot.
12. I'm feel like being on an
expedition when I take photos.
I usually take a whole
day to finish my
shooting as it involves going
on-site; sourcing for the
best locations to carry
out the take.
Photography is part of
my life which I love
sharing with people.
I usually compile my photos
into a video slideshow to
enable others to enjoy my
journey through my different
locations and subjects.
13. The Guardian
I sourced for Tiger references by using
Google, downloaded and printed them out,
and used pencil to trace the outline.
The next step was to water color starting
with the background first, then coloring
of the tiger to make its fur appear
more realistic. Finishing touches were
made on the tiger to make it look mighty.
My friends were shocked and surprised
to view my artwork where it inspired
them to start painting themselves.
I am happy and proud of the outcome.

When I was crying for help
in the dark, there was a great
force like a tiger rushing out to
help me open a door to the sun.

A insect jumping from beginning until end.
I started the storyboard using Photoshop
to draw and create the draft for production.
When completed I used Autodesk Maya to control the
character, time, and render the animation. Premiere
Pro was used to combine all the rendered photos
and put in the background music; download from Snaptube.
Overall feedback for this video was good where my friends were amazed at watching
the details of the animation; reminded them of an insect ninja jumping around,
akin to what you might expect to see from a Super Mario game.

First was to find a creative
Diorama from google then utilize
Autodesk Maya to make it into a 3D model.
To finish it up I used Maya UV and
hypershade to color the objects one by one.
My sister liked the work where
she said it was beautiful, specially
the details put into the fish pond.
