Anger Management is related to one’s ‘Emotional
Quotient.’
Emotional quotient is made up of two components:
1.Understand & manage own emotional make-up
like what makes you angry, upset or happy.
Manage those emotions well.
2.Be emphathetic, which is about knowing how
others are feeling and empathizing with them.
1.Speaking in louder than normal voice.
2.Shouting uncontrollably
3.Rising pulse rate
4.Flushed face
5.Tight feeling in chest
6.Flash of anger
Reacher studies suggest those with explosive tempers
are far more likely to have arterial calcium deposits,
compared to those who do not lash out.
These deposits are a main indicator of heart attack risk.
Do your heart a favour and stay in control of your
emotions with these tips:
This prevents from saying or doing
anything harsh you may regretlater
This calms you
down and clears your mind
This cools you
down and helps to get a grip on emotions.
Telling yourself pharases like “it is just a job,” “It is not
worth it,” or “I will regretit later,” may diminish the
importance of the situation, and enable you to regard it
in a more clearheaded manner.
If you can, take a step back and
reviewthe situation. If you are at a fault, saying sorry
may help to salvadge a relationship.

  • 1. Anger Management is related to one’s ‘Emotional Quotient.’ Emotional quotient is made up of two components: 1.Understand & manage own emotional make-up like what makes you angry, upset or happy. Manage those emotions well. 2.Be emphathetic, which is about knowing how others are feeling and empathizing with them. 1.Speaking in louder than normal voice. 2.Shouting uncontrollably 3.Rising pulse rate 4.Flushed face 5.Tight feeling in chest 6.Flash of anger
  • 2. Reacher studies suggest those with explosive tempers are far more likely to have arterial calcium deposits, compared to those who do not lash out. These deposits are a main indicator of heart attack risk. Do your heart a favour and stay in control of your emotions with these tips: This prevents from saying or doing anything harsh you may regretlater This calms you down and clears your mind This cools you down and helps to get a grip on emotions.
  • 3. Telling yourself pharases like “it is just a job,” “It is not worth it,” or “I will regretit later,” may diminish the importance of the situation, and enable you to regard it in a more clearheaded manner.
