General stress is the more common form of stress and
is associated with things to do with our everyday lives
such as losing bills, rushing to
meetings or making deadlines.

Episodic Cumulative stress is the stress
which affects those who suffer from general
stress more frequently.
3. Chronic stress
Chronic stress is the response to emotional pressure
suffered for a long period over which an
individual perceives he or she has no control.
4. Posttraumatic stress disorder
Posttraumatic stress disorder is 
Mental Disorder that can develop
after a person is exposed to a traumatic event, or
other threats on a person's life.

at peace” or “I love myself.”

 Take a 5-minute break and
focus on your breathing. Sit
up straight, eyes closed,

the heart rate and
