This document discusses an improved enhanced real-time routing protocol (IERT) for mobile wireless sensor networks. The protocol aims to increase network lifetime by using a backup coordinator node if the primary coordinator fails. It also uses a corona-based routing structure to reduce routing holes and increase throughput. The protocol is simulated using NS2 and is shown to increase network lifetime by 30% compared to the previous ERTLD protocol, while also achieving lower delays and higher delivery rates. It provides improvements over real-time routing protocols for wireless sensor networks.

PERFORMANCE COMPARISON OF QOS METRICS FOR A DISTRIBUTED PRICING SCHEMEijasuc
De-centralized nature of nodes, in ad-hoc networks, results in the users adapting their operations
independently. Such operations are mostly biased upon the figures and data available for the parameters
which are imperative for superior performance or, in other words, improved Quality of Performance (QoS)
of the nodes. In centrally controlled networks following cooperative game theory principles, collective
operations are performed by the nodes for better QoS of the network. Although nodes in decentralized
networks undertake individual operations, the final outcome of the whole network and thus the performance
of the nodes in the network are influenced by the operations of other nodes. Hence, a distributed resource
allocation approach in such a scenario can be modeled as a non-cooperative game. Asynchronous
Distributed Pricing (ADP) is one such virtual pricing algorithm in which a user’s payoff is determined by
the difference between how much a given performance metric is valued and how much is paid for it. User
service demands and priorities are modeled using numerically emulated QoS metrics termed as utility
functions. The network objective is to maximize the sum of all users’ payoff. However, for convergence of
the sum of all users’ payoff to a global maximum, the determination of the QoS metric’s utility function
with sufficient concavity is essential. Although supermodularity conditions have been previously defined
and determined to obtain suitable utility functions, we have numerically and analytically illustrated that the
convergence performance characteristics fluctuates with the choice of QoS metrics in the algorithm for
similar utility functions as well. We have assessed the optimality of utility functions under Signal-toInterference-plus-Noise ratio and Signal-to-Interference ratio based calculations. This paper also explores
into the difference in performance characteristics obtained by the addition of a significant value noise
variance in the ADP algorithm.
DEVELOPMENT OF SOM NEURAL NETWORK BASED ENERGY EFFICIENT CLUSTERING HIERARCHI...ijassn
Cluster-Based Routing Protocols is a renowned scheme to extend the lifetime and energy consumption simultaneously for the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Every sensor node work homogenously or heterogeneously which is energy constrained when energy and memory capacity is limited. Congregating information resourcefully in perilous situations in the sensor network for a large-scale area and huge time is required an effectual protocol. In this paper, we proposed a cluster-based hierarchical routing path protocol, namely SOM-PEG protocol, which is a modified PEGASIS protocol based on traditional
PEGASIS with the employment of Self Organizing Map (SOM) neural network (NN). The simulation is performed on MATLAB simulation tool as well as NN GUI. The performance comparison shows that the proposed protocol provides better network lifetime and ensures less energy consumption compared with
traditional PEGASIS protocol.

LIFETIME IMPROVEMENT USING MOBILE AGENT IN WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORKJournal For Research
Wireless sensor networks have attracted much attention in the research community over the last few years, driven by a wealth of theoretical and practical challenges and an increasing number of practical civilian application. ‘one deployment, multiple applications’ is an emerging trend in the development of WSN, due to the high cost of deploying hundreds and thousands of sensors nodes over a wide geographical area and the application-specific nature of tasking a WSN. A wireless sensor network is a collection of nodes organized into a cooperative network. To reduce the energy consumption, the transmission of data between sensor nodes must be reduced in order to preserve the remaining energy in cluster node. We propose a new energy balancing architecture based on cluster with hexagonal geometry with radius R.select the base station and after select the cluster head with maximum energy of the node and after select mobile agent in minimum distance to cluster head and second highest maximum energy. And then send the data mobile agent to cluster head and cluster head to base station.and we have energy management must be followed to balance the energy in the whole network and improving network lifetime.

EFFICIENT HIERARCHICAL ROUTING PROTOCOL IN SENSOR NETWORKSijassn
Wireless sensor network (WSN) is the network of hundreds and thousands of micro-sensor nodes,
connecting each other by a wireless medium.WSN provide reliable sensing of the environment, detecting
and reporting events to the sink. One of the most important constraints of WSN is energy consumption.
Since the micro sensors are small in dimension, batteries are necessary to produce power to the network. In
this paper, we have proposed an algorithm for hierarchy based protocols of wireless sensor networks,
which consist of two groups of sensor nodes in a single cluster node. Each cluster consists of a three cluster
head. The event driven data sensing mechanism is used in this paper and this sensed data is transmitted to
the master section head. The gathered data is transmitted to the sink via mobile agent. Hence efficient way
of data transmission is possible with larger group of nodes. In this approach of using hierarchy based
protocols; the lifetime of the sensor network is increased. This paper proposes an innovative approach of
cluster head election. The results are compared with LEACH protocol and proved to be energy efficient.

Survey of Wireless Sensor Network Applicationijsrd.com
Sensor networks offer a powerful combination of distributed sensing, computing and communication. They lend themselves to countless applications and, at the same time, offer numerous challenges due to their peculiarities, primarily the stringent energy constraints to which sensing nodes are typically subjected. The distinguishing traits of sensor networks have a direct impact on the hardware design of the nodes at least four levels: power source, processor, communication hardware, and sensors. Various hardware platforms have already been designed to test the many ideas spawned by the re-search community and to implement applications to virtually all fields of science and technology. We are convinced that CAS will be able to provide a substantial contribution to the development of this exciting field. A wireless sensor network (WSN) has important applications such as remote environmental monitoring and target tracking. This has been enabled by the availability, particularly in recent years, of sensors that are smaller, cheaper, and intelligent. These sensors are equipped with wireless interfaces with which they can communicate with one another to form a network. The design of a WSN depends significantly on the application, and it must consider factors such as the environment, the application's design objectives, cost, hardware, and system constraints. The goal of our survey is to present a comprehensive review of the recent literature since the publication of [I.F. Akyildiz, W. Su, Y. Sankarasubramaniam, E. Cayirci, A survey on sensor networks, IEEE Communications Magazine, 2002]. Following a top-down approach, we give an overview of several new applications and then review the literature on various aspects of WSNs. We classify the problems into three different categories: (1) Internal platform and underlying operating system, (2) Communication protocol stack, and (3) Network services, provisioning, and deployment. We review the major development in these three categories and outline new challenges.
Collaborative Re-Localization Method in Mobile Wireless Sensor Network Based ...CSCJournals
Localization in Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), particularly in areas like surveillance applications, necessitates triggering re-localization in different time periods in order to maintain accurate positioning. Further, the re-localization process should be designed for time and energy efficiency in these resource constrained networks. In this paper, an energy and time efficient algorithm is proposed to determine the optimum number of localized nodes that collaborate in the re-localization process. Four different movement methods (Random Waypoint Pattern, Modified Random Waypoint pattern, Brownian motion and Levy walk) are applied to model node movement. In order to perform re-localization, a server/head/anchor node activates the optimal number of localized nodes in each island/cluster. A Markov Decision Process (MDP) based algorithm is proposed to find the optimal policy to select those nodes in better condition to cooperate in the re-localization process. The simulation shows that the proposed MDP algorithm decreases the energy consumption in the WSN between 0.6% and 32%.

In The present study with the objective of cutting down energy consumption and persistence of
network coverage, we have offered a novel algorithm based on clustering algorithms and multihop routing. To achieve this goal, first, we layer the network environment based on the size of the
network. We will identify the optimal number of cluster heads and every cluster head based on
the mechanism of topology control will start to accept members.Likewise, we set the first layer
as gate layer and subsequently identifying the gate’s nodes, we’d turn away half of the sensors
and then stop using energy and the remaining nodes in this layer will join the gate’s nodes
because they hold a critical part in bettering the functioning of the system. Cluster heads off
following layers send the information to cluster heads in the above layer until sent data will be
sent to gate’s nodes and finally will be sent to sink. We have tested the proposed algorithm in
two situations 1) when the sink is off and 2)when a sink is on and simulation data shows that
proposed algorithm has better performance in terms of the life span of a network than LEACH
and ELEACH protocols.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness.
