The ADDIE model is a framework used by instructional designers to develop educational training programs. It consists of 5 phases - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, objectives and learner knowledge are established. The design phase deals with objectives, content, and assessment. Development creates assembled content assets. Implementation covers training procedures. Finally, evaluation assesses the effectiveness of the program.

1. ADDIE Model
ADDIE Framework is a method for making progress in designing and
developing educational and training programs. It is used by instructional
designers and training developers.
This model consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development,
Implementation and Evaluation.
Analysis Phase: In this phase we establish the instructional objectives and
goals and also identify the learning environment and learner’s knowledge
and skills.
Design Phase: In this phase we deal with the objectives, content, lesson
planning, assessment instruments, subject matter and media selection.
Development Phase: In this phase we create and assemble the content assets
that are already created in the previous phase.
Implementation phase: In this phase we develop the procedure of facilitators
and learners’ training that covers the course curriculum, learning outcomes,
method of delivery and testing procedures.
Evaluation phase: In this phase we do an evaluation that consist of
formative and summative evaluation.
