The ADDIE model of instructional design consists of 5 phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. In the Analysis phase, the learner and content are analyzed to determine needs and requirements. The Design phase addresses goals, objectives, and instructional strategies. In Development, instructional materials are created. Implementation involves executing the materials in a learning environment. Finally, Evaluation assesses the effectiveness of the instruction.
