Description:
The classroom facilitation of all Lead Faculty, Full-time Faculty, Full-time Instructors, and
Part-time faculty is evaluated a minimum of twice annually by either Academic Program
Directors or Lead Faculty. The purpose of the Classroom Observation is to provide a means
for the appraisal, development, and documentation of faculty performance. The Classroom
Observation measures the quality of instruction and identifies areas of growth and
development. Lead Faculty and Academic Program Directors use the Classroom Observation
to help faculty improve their teaching performance in the online classroom on a continual
basis throughout the calendar year.
