The ADDIE model is a 5-step instructional design process for developing training programs and other learning experiences. The steps are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Each step builds upon the previous step and the process repeats as needed to refine the learning experience. The Evaluation step allows designers to assess whether learning objectives were achieved and identify ways to improve the program for future iterations.

2. Instructional Design: ADDIE
The ADDIE process is a 5 step process, each step should be
followed to detail and in order to ensure great results of the
project. ADDIE can be represented in a circular pattern which
means that all steps are related affect each other. The process
repeats in this way until the process has reached perfection.
The positive aspect about ADDIE is that you are able to review the
process and improve steps from the previous. These step help to
improve your experience as you are getting to the end.

3. ADDIE
Last but not leave the Evaluation stage, the beauty about using ADDIE as your instructional design is
that it allows you to make modification on each stage as you go through the project planning and
execution, you basically do not need to wait until this stage to see if the project is working or not. In
Evaluation, you will look at the project in its entirety. You will evaluate the results if they are
achieved it not, remember achieved must be aligned to your objectives. Now if the plans were
achieved, you will still evaluate the success and avenues to do it better next time. If the project
failed, then once again an evaluation takes place to see where things went wrong and how they can be
improved. This stage also involves the evaluation of the project officer involved, to self evaluate and
improve to better benefit the project.
The beginning of the process of ADDIE is
the Analyse, it is important to properly go
through what needs to ne done before once
starts embarking on doing the actual work.
During this process one will do needs
analysis of the project they intend to do.
Its important to address an issue that needs
to be addressed instead of solving a
problem that has no barring or impact on
the recipients
Once a need has been established. It then
becomes time to develop objectives of the
project. This is done in the Design aspect of
ADDIE. The objectives will give direction on
how the project execution will be rolled out
and how it will take effect. In this process
you must also look at the seen and
unforeseen circumstances
The interesting part begins. Now in
Development, this where all the content of the
project will come into place, in design you
discussed the outline of how the project will
run and developed a blue print of what you
would like to see. At this stage, all the small
details of the project are put together. In this
stage you will be going into depth on what will
happen during the execution of the project.
With every project, there comes a time
where one must implement the plans.
This is the time. Implementation stage is
pretty simple and exciting, all the
developed plans for the project will be
tested at this stage. Make sure that
during the development stage, mitigation
plans are outlined to help with ease of
navigation at this stage.

4. Most users of ADDIE like to refer to it as a Instructional System
Design model because of the cycle it follows and its design models
are based on it.
